The Doctor and Leah ran out the TARDIS as fast as they could to catch up to the Judoon Guard that was taking Missy away to stand trail for her crimes. They darted through the hallway as they looked for them but couldn't find them. Surely they couldn't of gone far they weren't in the TARDIS that long while the Doctor was looking over Leahs memory files.

The Doctor sighed as he was at a loss right now, perhaps she has been taken to a holding cell before she stands trail, he didn't know but he had to see someone and fast, he wasn't going to waste any time as she is facing the death penalty.

The Doctor looked at Leah, "I can't find them sorry but I do know someone here we can talk to",

"Who?", Leah looked worried for Missy,

"The Servant of the Shadow proclamation, she would know what's going on, I have delt with her many times before", The Doctor gasps,

"Then what are we waiting for", Leah looked at him,

The Doctor and Leah ran towards the control center where a judoon guard was at the door, "Halt state your business",

"I need to talk to the servant of the Shadow proclamation, its urgent", The Doctor gasped,

"She is busy", The Judoon Guard stated,

"Well this Extremely urgent, please let us in to see her", The Doctor asked,

"I cannot authorised this request", The Judoon Guard looked at the Doctor,

"Please this is very urgent", The Doctor pleded,

"Negative, no one can see the servant without the appointment", The judoon guard looked at him,

The Doctor sighed as he knew he couldn't do anything at this present time and this place is heavy protected. She could see on Leah's face was getting angry and since she was an artificial intelligence person that is still learning to understand her own programmed emotions. She had to think of something or they would never see Missy again.

He huffed as he thought for a moment not knowing what to do, he already knew that for her execution she would face for the second time the Quantum Fold Chamber which is death sentence for a Timelord and he already  rigged the last chamber to keep Missy alive, with her watching over it for a thousand years but let him put out to help before form years ago.

"Look I am telling you, you got the wrong lady on trial so please tell me talk to her as the Proclamation stats under your law as the last of my spieces I have the right to defend the rights of the capture, putting my claim directly to the servant of the shadow proclamation", The Doctor gasps speaking out loud enough for the servant to hear him through the door,

It seem to work as the Albino servant turned her head and in seeing the Doctor she sighs as she walked through the door, dismissing the guard,

"It's fine.. Doctor I should commend you for bringing us the most wanted criminal in history", The servant speaks to the Doctor,

"I do understand but I think we made a horrible mistake, I have evidence to suggest that the Missy is in fact innocent on this occasion", The Doctor sighed,

"Evidence, what evidence, I have received word with proof that the Earths destructionis caused by her", She looks sternly at the Doctor,

"Fake.. its not real, fabricated by someone far more worse", The Doctor stares back,

"You have proof of this, but even so she is wanted for so many other crimes she has committed throughout the universe", The Albino servant looks at him,

"Please you got to listen to me, we believe the same person or creature that send the footage is the same being that caused the Earths destruction, there is a chance that the earth can be saved but I do need her", The Doctor pleads,

"Doctor there is nothing I can do, she been tried and found guilty even if I could let her go it's in the best interest for the universe that  the renegade timelord known as the Master and Missy is to be executed immediately", The servant spoke out,

Leah listened in disbelief, "Please she didn't do it, please use me, see for yourself, please let her go", Leah pipes up,

"And you are ?", the servant looks at her,

"This is Leah, the Missy's companion, not apart of this, she is an artificial intelligence person, she has files in her head along with a lied detection reader, trust me I have seen it and the Missy's version of events is correct, plus I read her mind I saw who did it", The Doctor speaks out,

"Look Doctor my orders come through the top, the man named the Missy is to be eliminated immediately", The Servent trusted the Doctor but she couldn't do anything,

"She's dead?", Leah looked at the women in horror,

"No, for the timelords they are to killed before regeneration and placed...", The servant spoke out,

"The Quantum Fold  Chamber...", The Doctor mutters as he sighed,

"Then let us go get her and bring her back to you and show you the evidence, then maybe we can go save the Earth", Leah asked feeling uneasy,

"It's not in my power to do so", The Servant looked at Leah,

"Of course it's in your power, just call the juddon to bring her back and we sort it out", The Doctor looked at her confused,

"No I mean, she isn't here, when I said immediately, I mean she had been taken from here No more than fifty minutes ago, since she arrived, she been sent to her place of execution", The servant spoke sternly,

"Nooooo", Leah whimpered then stormed off,

The Doctor felt his hearts sank with sadness as he looked at the Servant then walked after Leah. He walked fast as Leah was very upset knowing the Missy is on her way to be Executed, He grabbed Leah's arm as he whispered to her, he didn't like what he was going to say but he knew they had no choice,

"Listen Leah, we not going to let this happen, I don't know how we going to do it, but we are going to rescue the Missy before anything bad happens you have my word", The Doctor speaks quietly to her,

"How?", Leah sighs,

"Not sure yet I am thinking, cause the shadow proclamation will be all over us if we get caught, of only we were invisible we could sneak on their ship and take her", The Doctor mumbles,

Leah's ears caught wind of what he was saying when she had an idea, "Invisible you say...",

"Yeah.. why can you turn invisible or something?", The Doctor stops outside the TARDIS,

"No but we have a ship that can...", Leah grins as her eyes flash,

"A ship?", The Doctor asked curiously.

"Yeah the Missy and I... stole a matrix system and core from an Old TARDIS and fit it to the ship we, we stole from Captian John", Leah grins cheekly,

"Wow you have been busy.... but I like it, so where is this ship", The Doctor asked,

"It's on its way", Leah nodded, "Oh Missy fitted a system link between me and the ship so I can control the ship remotely", Leah smiles as the Doctor smiles,

"Genius... pure genius", The Doctor opens the door to the TARDIS.

They walk inside as the Doctor flicked a few switches on the console as he pulled the monitor to his face reading the information . Leah watched him work as he could predict that he was trying to locate the ship that the Missy was being stored on to be taken for her execution.  Leah was monitoring the ship on its progress of when it was arriving as the Doctor worked on the co-ordinates of the ship that has the Missy.

Leah could sense that hers and the Missy's ship was getting closer as it was very fast , "Well good news the ship is nearly here, activating the cloaking device",

"Excellent, we can't have the shadow  proclamation detecting the ship were going to use", The Doctor makes his final calculations,

"Yes, We need to work out how to get on their ship without being discovered, does your    TARDIS have like a teleporter", Leah asked,

"No but if I got my hands on a votex manipulator we could teleport right on the ship", The Doctor thinks out loud,

"Well....", Leah grins,

"Don't tell me you got one of those too ?", The Doctor grins,

Leah nods, "I told you the Missy thought of everything just only it was broken",

The Doctor grins taking out his sonic screwdriver and winks at her, "You leave that to me and if we do this right we be in and out of there in time for supper",

"Then we take the Tardis and land it in the cargo hull of our ship, it will be a good idea so we don't have to come back to this place as they will be looking for her and you as they will suspect you, probably me", Leah walks over to the console near the Doctor,

"You do know there is such a high risk on saving the Missy, of we do this we will be held in contempt by the shadow proclamation?", the Doctor turned his face to look at Leah,

"I am very aware of the risks but without her, we stand less of a change of saving the Earth you love so much, but if my calculations are correct this timelines will not exist... for us", Leah looked at him back,

"You know this time line will still exist this will be a broken branch in the timeline stream that could possibly cause a fracture in the main time line effect, kinda like a wibbly wobbly occurance", The Doctor sets the co-ordinates for the transporter,

"Wibby wobbly ?", Leah looked at him confused by his strange words,

The Doctor nodded as he ran and pulled out a black board with a piece of chalk in his hand draws a line, "Say this is the main line of all life as we know it with all major events in history, so any decision you make creates branches like a tree but they only go so far  but still you travel on the straight line", he draws like branches off the main line, "Now in order to change something you would have to make another choice in your timeline which is another branch leading off another that then causes a new line that travels parallel to the main line, with that in mind that parallel line can have its own branches  so you have two parallel lines with branches so if the effect of those braches connect with the other branches of the main time line causing what I called the wobbly wobbly effect causing the branches to bleed into each other making a crack in the universal time line, a fracture as you will",

"So it create a hole in the universe?", Leah looked at him,

"Yes precisel..", The Doctor nodded putting the chalk down,

"But what if the Earth wasn't meant to be destroyed", Leah asked,

"It wasn't, I have seen the end of the Earth and its destruction almost five billion years into the future", The Doctor sighed,

"So this Omega has altered the timeline?", Leah looked at him,

"Big time, so we need the Missy to help us to reverse what's been done and hope this does create...", The Doctor speaks to her as they both say the final words to what the Doctor was about to say together at the same time,

"Wibbly Wobbly effect".

The Doctor sighed this was going to be a hell of an adventure for him to go out there and save his former best friend, now his enemy, which in his hearts he still believes there is still good in her, despite what she has done and at this present time her desire to save the planet he loves so much goes to show there is a decent part of her still left in her. He knows he has left her down but in rescuing her, he hoped for that it could bring peace between them both.

He looked at Leah as he smiled at her, "The ship has arrived, we need to do this now",

"But how I don't know the right co-ordinates", The Doctor looked at her,

"I do, trust me...", Leah grinned as she walked around the console typing it all in as she nodded to the Doctor,

The Doctor pulled the level as he kept an eye in the monitor just in case he had to make an adjustment of any kind. The TARDIS sounded out as they moved, the heart of the TARDIS thumbed hard as it vanished from the Shadow proclamation headquarters, as Leah and the Doctor held on tight as they moved into the Missys and Leahs ship. Leah grinned as she ran to the door then opened the TARDIS door smiling,

"Welcome aboard Doctor, sorry we didn't give it a name but I am sure the Missy will give it a name", she grinned as the Doctor followed her,

"Well I have to admit she has done very well, how do you even fly this", The Doctor looks around,

"I do, the ship apart of me now, the Missy made sure of it", Leah smiles walking over to the cockpit area,

"She really must trust you as its funny she doesn't trust anyone, you really made a good impression on her", The Doctor smiles as he walked to the cockpit with her,

"She has come along way, even though she never admit it, she does care, especially her", Leah sighed as she touched the buttons as she set the co-ordinates she had seen the Doctor imput into the TARDIS,

"I know, that's a long time ago, but she has you now, you maybe artificial but you have alot more soul than most people I know", The Doctor sits down imputing the fly plan,

"Thank you, but even I know its not real, I am not real even though I wish I was", Leah looked out the window for a moment,

"But you do Leah, a famous author once said it doesn't matter how you got here, you are here, Oscar Wilde... which means your journey what got you to be the person you are and your heart maybe organic but it still beats just like your brain and the input and information is what builds your character that's your soul", The Doctor smiles at her,

Leah liked the sound of that, as she pressed the button to make the ship fly fast, which it was fast as they flew through space to chase after the ship that was transporting the Missy to her doom.

"So how long will it take to catch up?", the Doctor asked feeling the turbulence from the high speed of the ship,

"Well if we continue on this course and with the cloaking device activated, then I will say not long", Leah looked at him grinning,

"So this is what we do and I am not liking it one bit for the record, I will take the TARDIS onto the ship but you need to Jam the signal ...", The Doctor looked at her with a sigh  but Leah had a better Idea,

"Good idea but maybe I can do one better but you still you will be required to knock out communications, while I disable their system, then I will get on board the ship as they don't know me and I will bring the Missy back to our ship", Leah looks at him,

"Good in theory Leah but how will you get on board without being detected", The Doctor asked,

Leah thought for a moment then she sighs, "We take the TARDIS as they won't detect this ship then we both go, we have to sneak, I have to jam their communications just incase so if we are discovered",

"Okay but of they see our faces we still be in trouble", The Doctor suggested to her,

"Then we change our clothes and put on masks to hide our faces, they can't accused what they can't see right", Leah said,

"What like ski masks, like a Bank robber?", The Doctor laughs,

"I guess so but I don't know what a bank robber is so yeah", Leah smiles,

"Never mind but we better get ready as we have only one shot at this then if we are successful we are heading back to Earth and finishing this once and for all", The Doctor sighed as they were approaching this ship faster than she expected.

"Well we are approaching the vessel Doctor", Leah shouts,

"Then keep her steady at a safe distance, these ships are designed to keep anything getting in from the outside breaking in", The Doctor grabs his sonic screwdriver,

Leah nods, "Scanning the ship for the Missy's location", Leah uses the scanners detecting the Judoon but couldn't find Missy, "I can't find her",

"Try using sublimation radiation tracking,  it's a power source they use to contain prisoners", The Doctor suggests as he starts to prepare his TARDIS,

Leah did what he suggested, "Okay I am picking a faint signal on the starboard side, no others detected, so of we hurry we can grab  her quickly right?",

"We should, however we don't know if there is additional security, with a dangerous individual like the Missy, their security is very slack", The Doctor looks at the screen leah was looking at,

"Do we have a choice?", Leah asked sarcastically,

"No we don't that's why I suggest we move and move fast as we have the edge, with the element of surprise", The Doctor looks at the screen then gets up and heads the TARDIS with Leah following him,

"So it's going to be a grab and snatch kind of deal", Leah sighed as she followed the Doctor into the TARDIS,

The Doctor moves his levers as he took a deep breath as he made the TARDIS'S heart thump hard as he prepared to use it, to get on board the Judoon's ship. He was very fully aware of the dangers and risk of such an attempt of a rescue. They looked at each other not saying a word as the TARDIS left the ship, as they moved from there to the Judoon's ship as the Doctor grabs his sonic screwdriver,

"Keep the ship steady while I go get her, what ever you do, do not let the Judoom get hold of the TARDIS"', The Doctor says to Leah,

"Good luck Doctor", Leah nods as she sighs,

"Don't worry I be back for supper", The Doctor smiles as he runs to the TARDIS doors ready to go rescue the Missy,

The Doctor left the TARDIS quietly as he looked out the door to check if the close is clear.  He left keeping himself walking quietly as he looked around, he could see the coast is clear as he moved as quickly as he could knowing this a huge risk of trying to save his former best friend. He knew he wasn't far away from where the Missy was being held but he didn't know why there is lack of security this was unusual but he had no time to worry right now, he had to get her back and fast.

He came to a security door as he used his sonic screwdriver to open it as the door opened up as he ran through it then stops as he saw the cell she was being held in. He could see the Missy laying on a table unconscious with wires attached to her body  they have her sedule. He also saw that there was a pressure pad sensor as he sighs,

"That's perfect that explains it, pressure sensor pads how on earth am I supose to get her without setting off the alarms", The Doctor mutters,

"Then we need to shut the sensors off ?", Leah said as the Doctor gasps out in shock,

The Doctor wasn't expecting Leah to follow him, "What are you doing here I told you to wait in the TARDIS",

"Sorry but I was bored, besides you could need my help", Leah smiles looking across seeing the Missy unconscious on the table,

"Go back, I got this", The Doctor whispers,

"And how you going to maintain the security and carry her out of there without alerting the Judoom", Leah whispers back,

"Fine you have a point, okay I can hold a charge enough to fool the system to think nothing has changed, giving you enough time to collect her but once we leave the alarm will sound out so we better run, I don't know what self-defence method or counter measures are on this ship", The Doctor explain,

"Oh trust me I can carry her", Leah grins,

"Okay then get ready", The Doctor points his sonic screwdriver at the control panel,

Leah nods as the Doctor uses his sonic screwdriver to lower the forcefield then switch off the security system. As soon as he did, leah ran in as fast as she could seeing the Missy as out of it as she pulled the wires off of her as she picked her up and slung her over her shoulders. She runs out and nods to the Doctor as he turned off his device and within seconds the alarms went off as the Doctor and  Leah ran,

"Quickly this way", The Doctor shouted, lucky for them both the TARDIS wasn't far away,

"I have her", Leah shouts as the pair of them ran as fast as they could,

They ran into the TARDIS as the Doctor shut the doors and pulls on the lever to return the TARDIS to the ship. Leah laid Missy down who wasn't responding to anything at this moment as Leah held onto her head into her lap while the Doctor took them back onto the ship,

"Leah we are here, now get us out of here", The Doctor shouted,

"Okay...", Leah stroked Missys hair as she took control of the ship as she flew them away as fast as the ship can fly,

"Now we have her it's best we go to earth, so set the co-ordinates for Earth before they discover us", The Doctor speaks quickly,

"On it..", Leah helps Missy to lay down on a couch on their ship as she leaves the TARDIS,

The Doctor gets to work on gathering things to examine the Missy, as she was completely out of it as she took out a medical supply kit to take her life sign readings. She took a life reading as she brought her vitals up on the screen. Her hearts were still beating but she did seem to be in some sort of a coma, most likely  an induce coma being attached to those wires.

The Doctor saw Leah was standing over her as she watched the Doctor work, "She be alright but the trouble is I don't know how long she be out, they sedue her body and mind as in layman's terms she is in a coma, so she is fully aware of things around her but can't wake up until the effect of the coma wears off",

"But she will be alright ?", Leah asked,

"She will be fine, she is just resting, but for now we need to get somewhere safe on Earth and lay low until she recovers", The Doctor nods,

"What about a Hospital wouldn't the radiation  facilities be able to avoid detection?", Leah asked as she ran her fingers through Missy's hair gently,

"That might actually work", The Doctor smiles,

"Then I will set a course ..", Leah smiled as her eyes flashed making the ship fly back to Earth.
