Luke's POV:
today, I was a bit hungover, so I slept in till 12 because that was our last show of this tour but we were staying in L.A to do some writing but we'd be back for the Easter holidays. we all missed our families loads and we wanted to see our parents as they were missing us too. no one in the band actually had a full-on girlfriend but we sometimes had a little fling now and again but we all thought it was too much hassle to keep a relationship going while you were on tour and sometimes wouldn't have a break for months.

I was really desperate to find out more about this girl from the club so i decided to see if the other guys knew anything about her. we usually had a connection with at least one person we saw when we went out. being famous did have its upsides. I showered quickly and put on a NIRVANA muscle tank and some skinny jeans with a rip in the knee and a pair of leather boots. I walked to Ash's room because he gets up the earliest and has this weird talent where he literally never gets a hangover. like, ever. so he's usually the first up and about. it was just along the corridor from where I was.

"hey, buddy!" he smiled at me as he gestured for me to come inside. "mornin', Ash," I smiled back. "so, do you wanna watch a film before we go for lunch because you look really tired." he giggled. i laughed with him "actually, no, Ash. I'm here because of a girl." I looked at my feet.
"if it's about a girl from the club, get over it. you're never gonna find her, mate." he patted my shoulder and lead me farther into the room where he sat in an armchair and I sat on the edge of the bed. "but how, Ash? how, when she's the most beautiful girl in the world?" I rubbed the bridge of my nose and sighed. "well, Lukey. if you didn't get her number then, I'm sorry, buddy, but you're screwed."
"yea, I guess." I sighed, knowing that I was probably never going to see her again. "but, hey. we could try her Facebook?" I nodded but people never use Facebook anymore so it would be hard to find her. he opened his laptop and typed in Facebook. "what's her name?"
"Marnie Michel."

more typing.

he turned the screen round. "this her?"
it looked like her I guess. I scrolled down just to make sure. it was. my face lit up when I saw a status from 25 minutes ago saying something about a hangover and that she was at work. at STARBUCKS.

"thanks Ash!!" I yelled as I rushed out the door.

I got there in about 5 minutes and parked right outside the cafe. I knew she wasn't going to be finished this soon but I guess I just wanted to make sure I would catch her. I hopped out the car and sprung over to the glass door. I swung it open and sure enough, at the counter, was the most beautiful girl in the world. only joking. she wasn't there. my face fell. I just wanted to see her again.

I walked up to the counter and asked the girl if someone called Marnie worked there "um, yeah she does. she's on a toilet break right now, can I leave a message?" just as I opened my mouth to speak, she walked through the door with her hair in a ponytail and not nearly as much makeup as she did last night. "um, hey," I waved at her.

she looked confused, "hi?"
