"I- what happened?" "The wedding, it got crashed by deatheaters, Y/n went in front of Ginny, getting hit by two spells" Hermione exclaimed, watching as harry sat by Y/n's side, the same as Leo did.
"You'll be fine" Leo whispered to her as his hand pushed her hair out of her face.
It was bright for Y/n, she opened her eyes to see Natasha happily, she looked older. And held a baby on her hip.
Y/n watched her smile turn to a frown as she stood at a sort of border.
"What do you mean I can't cross back into the wizarding world" "I'm sorry ma'am, watch as it says right here, your visa expired yesterday", The man said. Natasha was holding a baby on her hip as she furrowed her eyebrows
"But my whole family is over there, my children! My husband is there I can't just leave them!" Natasha started getting upset and the man said "I'm sorry, but if you apply for another visa then I'm sure you can cross back, the application process is a minimum of 5 months" "and the maximum?" "1-1.5 years." The man said, looking down at her documents.
"But you can't do that! My family is over there!" "I'm sorry Ma'am, you went here into the MR knowing what would be the consequences" "I went here because I was doing business! Not because I wanted to stay here my whole life" Natasha yelled at the man, causing attraction by other people trying to cross and by another border officials
"Could you-" "I told everyone around me that when Leach left as Minister hell would go down! And now look at this, Osbert is in charge and it is just as I said. He established a wall between the muggle and wizarding world as if we are monsters having to be hidden by the muggles! I won't accept this! He revealed to the muggle world what wizards are and I won't accept that we are now seen as scum and are harassed every day just because we were born this way-" "Osbert established this wall to protect the wizarding world-" "where the bloody hell will this go?!" Natasha yelled at the man, The baby on her hip having fallen asleep by now.
"I'm sure none of the people from the wizarding world love muggles" "They do!! You are separating families, mothers, from daughters, fathers from daughters and Children from their parents, my mother is on that side and even though she is a muggle I wanted a better world for her than anywhere else!" "this won't change the fact that we won't let you in ma'am" the man said and Natasha took a deep breath.
"I've dealt with many obnoxious people in my life, I've fought most of them for Merlin's sake! I've had enough, this is the 10th time you won't let me through, and every time you say 'oh come tomorrow and we will let you through' I have a daughter, barely even a year old who can't see her siblings her father or her grandparents all because you are keeping us here!" She said angrily, "I suppose we can make an exception." the man said and let her in.
The vision shifted to a 12 year old sitting at a table, laughing with her friends. As a teacher came up to her and said "im sorry to interrupt you miss Barnes, if you'd follow me" She of course, followed.
"We are sorry to tell you but, your father is nowhere to be found." this sentence shattered her world, her favorite person, the one who would tuck her in every night, was gone. "You will be departing with your siblings now, farewell miss Barnes. Until we meet again, next month" the teacher said and then a dark cloud engulfed her and she was stood in her living room.
Her mother was hugging her other children until she saw her youngest, Natashas heart pained, Elena always resembled her father more than her mother. The same hair, but the face was practically Natashas, "Oh I'm so sorry" the woman cried pulling her daughter into a hug.
Elena sniffled. Where is her father? "Mum?" "yes darling?" "do I have to stay with grandma and grandpa again?" The girl asked and Natasha pulled away nodding sadly looking down to the girl.
"But why can't I visit uncle Tony with you, why can Romeo and Vic go to uncle Tony and I always have to stay with Grandma and Grandpa" "for your safety honey." Natasha stroked her daughter's cheek.
Elena hated it, every time something happened she needed to stay back. It was getting tiring, she was used to the routine.
