Chapter 20: Break me more

After break was over I kept a good eye out for Sana and also had the rest of the gang keep a look out as well. I think I'd have alot to do once I get to the club so we couldn't afford any screw ups. The way Natsuki acted now did make me realize that we may potential cause a scene in the club so that's also a problem. I need to also inform Monika about Sana's bullshit after reading the paper myself, although she might have read it herself by now.

Soon the final bell rang and I looked back at the guys just salute me off as I exit the classroom and head upstairs, speed walking and also checking my surroundings for other students and Sana. When I reached the club I peaked in from the window and noticed that everyone had already arrived...weird, I thought I left really early this time.

I let out a rather shaky sigh and enter, quickly met my the still prominent smell of lavender in the air while the decorations had been taken down and set aside.

"Yo."

"Evan! Great to see you again." Monika was the first to greet me as I already waved at Yuri who was at her seat and smiled in response.

"Sup Prez'. How are we holdin up today?"

As I asked I scan the room and see Sayori joyfully at her desk writing down on a piece of paper followed by a small tuff of pink perking up from the back of the room, so she is here...

"Ahaha...well I'm sure you've heard the outcome of our event in the school paper. Don't worry! That just means we have more ways to improve. It's not like it's the end for the club~!"

"So no one from the students who were at the performances wanted to join?"

"I'm afraid not. They all did seem to enjoy it as much as we did. Oh well! We can't change the minds of others~!"

"Wow you're sure in good spirits, I'm surprised but yeah. I guess you're right."

She shoots me a warm smile as it was my queue to move along. With a heavy heart I place my bag onto my desk and look at the back of the room, sliding my hands into my pockets I slowly begin walking to the back of the room but not even half way we were called out by Sayori.

"Hey guys! Me and Monika need to go to one of the empty classrooms and put away our supplies because we're not allowed to stuff the one in this room anymore!"

"We'll be back in a bit~! Behave you three." Monika said with a little giggle.

Well that was....convenient I guess? The less eyes the more freedom to talk, I'm sure Yuri wouldn't even notice us talking since she's so immersed in her book.

I finally walked up the small girl curled up in the corner as my shadow covered up most of my view of her, she knew who it was as she looked up at me with hatred in her eyes.

"You have some balls showing up today."

"Are you finally ready to listen to me?"

"I don't need to hear any of the shit you have to say Evan." She slammed her manga shut and placed it on the floor, "You made it really clear what you wanted that night."

"And what makes you think I was in control of that situation?"

"Oh don't you start with me like that! What?! You think I'm going to believe some lame ass excuse that you couldn't pull away at the right time?!"
