When Zack opened his eyes, he felt a pang of coldness in his chest. Something wasn't right. He felt as if he was missing something.

"I don't care what happens. Never speak to me again..."

Shit! Zack sits up quickly, clutching the top of his head in anguish. Autumn wasn't part of his life anymore...

Zack looks around and realizes he wasn't at home like he had remembered. He was now sitting in the middle of the street.

"I don't remember leaving the house." Zack groans to himself. His head really ached, although it didn't feel like a hangover, more like somebody had hit him repeatedly and his skull was now facing the debilitating consequences. Zack pulls his phone out of his pocket (Thankfully it was actually there) and stares at it and the date for a moment. He exhales and nods. "This is Leppricks brand of bullshit." Zack stands himself up and wipes his nose against his wrist. "If I've got another chance thanks to him, I'm going to take it to stop any chance of losing Autumn again." A list slowly began to form in Zack's mind. He first had to deal with anybody who might catch Autumn's attention while he wasn't there to stop them. Which meant Lyle had to go first. He hadn't put too much thought into it, but looking at things now it was very clear the boy had eyes on his prized possession. He wasn't the strongest-looking guy, and could probably be dealt with easily. If roughed up enough, he would leave Autumn alone. In a way, Zack felt guilty for seeing Autumn as a prize to be won instead of somebody he loved, but if he was going to be wrapped up in this time magic bullshit he was just going to get things done quickly. Next on the list was Lepprick. Keia and Robin can't die, because Autumn will instantly blame him. If Lepprick is dead, then there will be no need for Autumn to question things. If Lepprick is dead he can confess that he wasn't planning to really hurt Robin. Zack had his chance to come clean to Autumn and start a real relationship. He would be finally pure enough to be worthy of Autumn's love. He could hold the man he loved close to him without that deep dark feeling in his stomach telling him he wasn't enough. But first, Lyle had to be dealt with.

So on his way Zack went.
