Chapter 22

"Y/n have you packed?" Mina asked sitting on your desk.

"Packed for what?" You asked looking up from your phone.

"To go visit family tomorrow" she said crossing her legs.

"Oh no I don't think I'm going" you said looking back down at your phone.

"Aww why not? Are they out of town?" She asked looking at you waiting for your response.

"No she is home the last I heard," you said with a sigh putting your phone down "I just know she doesn't want me there" you said looking up at her.

"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable" she said putting her hands up.

"It's fine you didn't" you said giving her a reassuring smile.

She nodded and then quickly dragged you over to a group of people with a certain red head who you haven't talked to since that night. It's not that you didn't want to speak with him, it's that every time you came around he wouldn't talk to or look at you. So you stood there and just listened everyone talking about their amazing parents.

Aizawa stood at the front of the class, eyes closed and leaning on the wall, listening to his students talk amongst each other. As he listened he noticed a certain voice, the voice he loved hearing, was no longer present. He opened his eyes slightly and saw you standing there but he could see the awkwardness radiating off of you.

The lunch bell rang and everyone made their way to eat while you, like normal, stayed in class. You sat in your seat and looked down at you lap.

"Are you ok princess?" He asked, the new nickname catching you by surprise.

"Princess?" You questioned looking up at him.

"Yes princess," he said walking over to you and leaning on your desk. "Now answer the question"

"Yes I'm fine" you said looking at him.

He crossed his arms with a sigh obviously not believing you. He pushed off the desk and stood behind you.

"Are you sure because you seem really tense" he said putting his hands on your shoulders. "I can help with that" he leaned down and whispered in your ear kissing it gently.

"I bet you can but not here" you said leaning your head back to look at him. "I'll do a lot of things with you but I have to be incredibly needy to do anything in public" you said as he chuckled and leaned down to kiss you.

"No but really what's on your mind beautiful?" He asked sitting on the desk behind you.

"It's this whole family visitation thing. Everyone seems so happy to go to their perfect home with their perfect family and they ask me where I'm going and who I'm going to see when In all reality I have no one to go see or to go home too"

He just looked at you and nodded his head.

"And the only person who I could go see won't even want me there, and the only person I want to see isn't blood so the school won't let me."

"How do you know?" He asked tilting his head a bit.

"I tried to visit her last year and they shut me down because she wasn't a family member" you said looking down at your lap.

"I could go with you to see them" he said plainly, you looked up at him excitement written all over your face.

"You would?!" You asked looking at him.

"Yeah of course" he said.

You sprung out of your seat and Pulled him into a hug.

"Oh my god thank you so much!" You said with your arms wrapped around his neck.

He wrapped his arms around your waist and kissed your head when the bell rang. You pulled back from the hug and looked into his eyes and felt like saying the three words you have wanted to but you didn't. You didn't want to ruin a good moment.

Class let out and you went to your room to pack. You were obviously happy that you were going to be able to visit but the only problem you had was she lived next door to the woman you hated and who hated you.

"Y/n dinner is ready" Sero called through your door.

"Ok, wait for me"

You pushed any negative thoughts and feelings to the side and zipped up your bag. You walked down to the lounge with Sero and he got dinner.. You went to go find a seat on the couch and sat next to Mina. You looked around and noticed that someone was missing.

"Mina where is Kiri?" You asked looking over to her seeing her sigh.

"He said he wasn't hungry. He's seemed a little sad lately" she said talking a bite of food.

"I'll be back" you said before getting up and going upstairs.

You walked up to the large wood door, hearing the loud music coming from behind it, and knocking. When he opened the door he looked sweaty. He was working out.

"Hey" you said before silence quickly settled between the both of you.

"Hey y/n" he said with a sigh.

"Umm I just came to check on you, are you ok?" You asked so soft you're surprised he even heard you.

"Yes I'm fine"

Kirishima was never a very good liar, not a good one to you anyways. He had little habits he did when he would lie which allowed you to read him like a book in this moment, you stood there silently he sighed.

"If that's all you wanted, I was kinda busy" he said turning to shut the door.

"Wait" you said putting your hand on the door to stop it. "Please... please talk to me. I know you are still mad at me but not talking to you is killing me" you said looking at him through the crack that was left in the door.

He stood there and looked at you with sad eyes that made your heart ache. You looked at him begging him with your eyes to please say something, anything.

"Goodnight Y/n" anything but that. He quickly shut the door and you stood there in shock. Your breath got stuck in your throat and tears fell down your face.

You didn't know what to do and it felt like time was standing still. You were crying but you weren't making a sound. It had been a long time since you cried silently, a little over three years, after you left that awful house. You felt a chill run up your spine snapping you out of the frozen spot you were stuck in. You were confused it was warm in the building, when suddenly your eyes widened and you ran to your room.

You quickly opened your door and grabbed everything sharp. Scissors, razors, anything glass, and everything that could be broken into sharp pieces and threw them in a drawer. You felt like your head was spinning you could feel her all around you. If felt like she was suffocating you. You started to hyperventilate before getting light headed.
