It was Monday and you didn't have the motivation to walk any faster let alone change quickly.

"You're late" he said plainly.

"Let me tell you, I just didn't have the energy to move quickly."you said walking over to him.

He gave you a board expression.

"What its the truth, Your girl is tired" you said with a chuckle.

He shook his head as you walked over to him.

"All right what are we doing?" You said excitedly.

"You're going to try and activate your quirk without any pain" he said making your face drop.

"But that's so easy" you complained.

"If it easy it shouldn't be a problem." He said making you roll your eyes. "Make a crystal come from your hand"

"Fine, any particular type?" you said as you got ready to activate your quirk.

"What ever you feel comfortable doing" he said stepping back.

You put your hand out to focus on it. You took a few deep breath's and then made a sharp amethyst crystal came out of your palm. It broke off and you showed him.

"See not to bad" you said then breaking the gem. "And no pain what so ever" you said putting your hands on your hips.

"Ok now try to make one in each hand" he said stepping back again.

You did what he said every time. He had you make the crystals come out of your elbows, shoulders, and chest

"I don't want to push your limits but do you think you could make them come out of your back." He asked

"I think so" you said after drinking some water then taking off your jacket, revealing the backless shirt you had on.

He nodded his head and watched as you turn around giving him a full view of your back, him examining every inch of skin he could see, the sight making him feel some type of way that he couldn't describe.

You felt the small crystals poke through your skin and come out until you couldn't grow them longer because you felt a small pinch. You were a little bit winded and out of breath.

"Not to bad. Did you feel any pain?" He asked looking at your back.

"Umm not too much, I just felt a pinch" you said putting your hand on your rib.

"Go ahead and break them off" he said moving back.

"Relax I won't make them fly out everywhere" you said looking back at him.

You turned back around and hunched forward and then stretched up arching your back making them fall off and hit the ground. You stopped stretching and stepped on the crystals.

"What else are we doing?" You asked with your hands on your hips still out of breath.

"Nothing else for today" he said
