As the black cat roamed the streets, for one unlucky soul to be hurt. The cat stopped at a poor person's house. Scratching the door Keide picked up the black cat and held it, seeing and hearing the purrs.
"Hey kitty, lets go inside"
They set the cat down and let it explore, going back up to bed. The 'kitty' was ready to pounce.
Slowly each day another disaster would happen, whether a glass breaking or the couch being scratched. They were getting suspicious of the cat, but never blamed it.
One day when Keide left for work the cat somehow turned the oven on and ran out a window and when Keide came back their whole house was burning. Everything they had was gone.
Days later, the black cat crossed Keide's path, and they went to kick it in anger. A random sidewalk crack made them trip and they broke their leg, the crack making eveyone see just them, and not the cat.
The black cat napped with a smile on it's face knowing one person's life was destroyed.
