[Transphobia/Homophobia

Patient records-

William seems to be getting better. He has recovered from some trauma caused by transphobic parents. We got him on testosterone now and he seems to be better with his dysphoria.

Testosterone dosage- one gel pack, 5 milligrams

Journal entry from his journal.

3/4/19

Today was better, I got called a boy at the store, but it's better knowing my dad wasn't around to 'correct' them. My first day on testosterone too without my parents messing around. Mom has been yelling more. Specifically me now but my sister still gets told to stop dating her boyfriend.

I know Emma feels bad, she took all of my old make-up so I didn't have to wear it, I still use a little so mom doesn't suspect me skipping, I use less and the things that makes my jaw muscles show more, fake shading.

Later today I was with my friends and they went to a restaurant, and the waiter thought I was a male, while that isn't the worst, it's close for public! I got hot chocolate to celebrate.

My new friend is Marco, he is a afad demiboy like me and we bonded well. So we went out to a trampline part to have a bit more fun. I ended up taking off one shirt to be safe but the one I took off was binding the most. I felt kinda bad bouncing around but got over, knowing the rest would be fine. Marco luckily had smaller tibbies, and I was a bit jealous.
