*2 WEEKS LATER*

Walking down the damp grey-colored sidewalk the cold night air blows into my eyes, only making them burn more.
I know they are probably bloodshot. But I want to see him. Even just for a little.
I just wanted some space to think for myself. To let myself feel pain... It didn't work.
I can't feel anything. I'm tired of trying to mourn my grandma. I hate myself for not crying for her. I want to, I do. I just can't.
But when I think of my perfectly handsome intelligent soulmate... I feel it. The hurt, the love.
So I'm walking into the coffee shop praying to see him. Not to feel anything. But I miss him. I love him.
I see Sofia, she shakes her head with a lopsided smile. Nodding her head to my usual table.
I see a muscular back. Broad shoulders. Slouched, sad. Messy black hair. Just the way I like it.
My heart beats faster as my stomach churns. Tears sting my eyes. My throat feeling scratchy.
I sit down across from him as he looks into my eyes. Grim grey eyes stare at my face with contentment yet distance.
"Hey, soulmate."
I smile through my tears as my throat makes me swallow hard at the end.
Sofia puts two hot chocolates next to us and leaves the table.
"Hey, Love."
That smile.
I've gone crazy for it. A drug that holds me with such care, that I don't try to get help. I let it grab control of me, as I take my weekly remedy.
Death's bittersweet sensual hold slowly released me back to the one that holds my heart.
My tears fall. Burning my cheeks. I just stare at him. How I missed him.
Aramis
Her eyes brimmed red with her eyelashes guarding them beautifully. Tears spill over her face. I reach a hand out to wipe them with my thumbs. She leaned into my hands.
Grinning sadly.
"I tried..."
Her throat closing. Making my heart clench hard.
"Tried to what, love?"
I whispered to her lovely loneliness.
"Tried to cry. I couldn't, I was too scared to cry alone."
I smiled at my unhappy soulmate.
" I got you. Let's go home."
I pick her up by her hand, squeezing it. The warmth emitting from it making my heart feel at home again. Just how I like it.
Opening my bedroom door I help her out her jacket. Placing it on my desk. I sit down on my bed, pulling her onto my lap.
Her face was still sad and her eyes were empty. Just how she left me.
I pulled her face up to my mine. Her lips touching mine for a second. Looking at her eyes she's looking at me with... Love.
"I love you."
I whisper into her empty abyss, praying for her to hear me. She looks into my eyes, hers lightening up like the sun when she watches the moon sleep.
"I love you more."
Her lips crashing onto mine. Like the water crashes onto her sand. Not in a life-threatening way. But in such a hypnotizing way, that made you never want to leave.
Laying her on my pillow, I look into her eyes. My hand finding her hair and grazing over it, still maintaining eye contact. My hand going over her cheekbone to her bottom lip.
My eyes follow my hands like I was at the end of the world. My world.
My hand reaches her smooth collarbone. Goosebumps reach the tip of my fingers.
I look back into her eyes. She's watching me with amazement.
"I... I loved you this whole time, haven't I?"
She whispered to herself. My lips graze hers.
"So have I."
Letting my hand rest next to her head, I grab behind her ear. Interlocking my fingers with her hair I kiss her with all my love.
The love I only will ever have for her. Pushing my bottom half on her lightly, she gasps.
My mind trained on her movements and reactions. I want to make love. Pure true love. To my soulmate.
"I want you."
Her eyes find mine making me almost lose myself.
"Take me."
Clothes lay on the ground as I see my love in the moonlight. I look into her sparkle-filled eyes as I push myself into her slowly.
Gasping at the same time I say " I got you."
She smiles and we kiss.
I felt my soul reconnect with my other half as we show each other to our hearts, bare.
Energy, love, and hurt flow through the warmth.
My heart slows down as he finds his home.
Oh, how you could admire someone so much.
Such gruesome gorgeous love.
