I loved my dad, but when I had to be up at 3 in the morning, I didn’t really like him. It was my mid-winter break in my senior year of high school, and my dad wanted me to fly out to London. The only good part is that I was allowed to bring my friends this time. So I would be spending five days in London with Shannon, Bridget, Haley, and Kersten. But while I was flying out at 3 am, they were flying out at 8 am. Lucky them.

As I boarded the plane, I made sure to text my dad and tell him I was on my way. I took my seat in first class, courtesy of my dad’s company, and made myself comfortable for the ten-hour flight. I put my headphones in just as five screaming boys ran down the aisle. I just rolled my eyes and looked out the window.

“Excuse me, is this seat taken?” I heard a strong British accent ask.

“Nope,” I said, still looking out the window.

I assumed the boy sat down since I didn’t see him walking away. I felt eyes on me, so I sighed and looked at the boy next to me. “What?!”

He gave me a smile. “Do you know who I am?”

I nodded and grabbed my book. “You’re Nathan.”

I opened my book and started reading. I learned to stop fangirling. I made it seem like I didn’t care when, in reality, I actually did. Nathan, from The Wanted, was my ultimate celebrity crush.

“What’s your name, love?” Nathan asked.

I couldn’t help but smile. I had always wanted to have a British boy call me love. “I’m Logan.”

“Isn’t Logan a boy’s name?” he asked.

And there goes the fantasy. I glared at Nathan and said, “So what if it is? Are you going to make fun of me for it?”

Nathan swallowed nervously. “I didn’t mean for it to be offensive.”

“Whatever,” I mumbled, returning to my book.

The plane ride consisted of Nathan trying to apologize and me ignoring him. I’ve had way too many people make jokes about my name. When the plane landed, I got off as quickly as I could so I could avoid Nathan.

I searched for my dad and found him holding a sign with my name on it. I smiled and started moving through the crowds of people.

“Dad!!” I exclaimed, jumping into his embrace. “I missed you.”

Dad chuckled and hugged me tightly. “I missed you too.”

We pulled away, found my luggage, and made our way out to his car. It was silent until my dad brought up my friends.

“When will your friend’s plane be landing?” he asked.

“Um…I’m assuming sometime tonight. In Michigan, their plane would have taken off about two hours ago,” I told him. “I think. I’m sure one of them will call when they land.”

Dad nodded. “Well, I have a surprise for you!”

“What is it?” I asked curiously.

“You’ll find out when your friends get here,” he smirked.

I groaned and Dad laughed. I crossed my arms and pouted. Dad knew I hated surprises and this was going to bother me so much.

We pulled up in front of Syco Records and I groaned. I didn’t want to be here. I absolutely hated being stuck in the same room with One Direction. Liam, Niall, and Zayn weren’t that bad, it was Harry and Louis who decided to make my life horrible. By themselves, everything was fine. Put them together, and you were in for trouble.

“Logan, why don’t you hang out with the boys until we leave to pick up your friends,” Dad said.

“Great,” I muttered as I walked into the building.

A/N: Here is the first chapter of my Wanted love story. And I honestly have nothing against One Direction. I like their music. But for this, I kind of had to make them seem like the bad guys.

I hope you like it. I figured since my friends and I love The Wanted so much that I should write a story with all of them in it. So this is for anyone who likes what I write and for my best friends. :)

Here is my outfit for this chapter:  http://www.polyvore.com/wanted_love_story/set?id=69913741
