After Logan and Bridget came back into the living room Jay stood up. Jay nodded his head slightly and cleared his throat.

“Well, I have something I need to tell you guys.”

“What is it?” Haley asked him.

Jay took a deep breath, as if he were nervous. “Um, well…”

The doorbell rang, causing all of us to groan. We all wanted to hear what Jay had to say. Logan looked annoyed too and said, “Hold that thought.”

We all stood up and followed her to the door. We stayed hidden so she wouldn’t see us eavesdropping.

“What are you doing here?” she asked.

“I’ve decided that I like you as more than a friend. I heard you were in London and I knew that I had to fight for you. So here I am,” the unmistakable voice of Hunter Hayes rang out.

I looked at my friends with wide eyes. Bridget and Haley were the only ones who didn’t look confused. In fact, they looked at Nathan with sympathy. And when I looked at Nathan, I understood why. He looked absolutely devastated.

“Hunter, I…” Logan began.

“Logan, I know you like me as a friend. But I want that to change. I want to make you see that I’m the one for you,” Hunter continued.

“Hunter, just listen,” Logan snapped. “I…I’m willing to give you a chance. But I want to take it slow. And you have to prove to me that you are the guy everyone thinks you are.”

Nathan stormed upstairs. Jay looked at all of us before following his best friend and band mate. This isn’t going to end well. I mean, Kersten, Bridget, Haley, and I know Logan absolutely loves Nathan. I don’t get why she’s willing to go out with Hunter.

“I have to go. I kinda came here without telling my manager. I promise that once you get back to the States, I will prove to you how good of a guy I am,” Hunter said.

Logan closed the door and sighed. We all poked our heads around the door and saw she had tears running down her face.

“Logan, are you okay?” Bridget asked.

She shook her head. “I’m far from okay.”

With that said, she ran up to her room. We heard the door slam and flinched. None of us wanted to go up there while she was upset.

“I’ll go,” I spoke up.

“Are you sure?” Max asked. “She seemed pretty…angry?”

“Yeah, I’ve seen this side of Logan before. I’ll be fine.”

I headed up the stairs and knocked on her door. “Go Away!!”

I shook my head and walked in anyway. A pillow flew at my face and I caught it before it could hit me.

“I said, go away!” she yelled at me.

I closed her door and locked it. “Logan, listen to me. I don’t get why you’re so upset. You could’ve just said no to Hunter.”

“I like Hunter. I don’t know if I like him as a brother or boyfriend yet though. That’s why I want to take it slow.”

I sat down on the edge of her bed. “What about Nathan?”

“What about him? After this I’m probably never going to see him again,” Logan laughed through her tears. “Can you please just leave me alone so I can think?”

I nodded and left without another word. I found myself making my way to the living room. Everyone was there, except for Jay, but he was most likely still with Nathan.
