Merlin slid down the well with levitating magic, Douxie climbed down slowly with Archie flapping his wings as he followed after his wizard.
Merlin's levitation spell disappeared as he landed on the floor with a THUMP!
"Look what the cat dragged in?"
"Hello, Charlie," Merlin rolled his eyes at the elder dragons pun.
"Oh!" The cat-dragon laughed, "Get the joke? Cat-dragon?"
"Yes, I did." Nodded Merlin.
"Now what can I do for you, Merlin?"
"Well, maybe I should introduce you to someone-"
"Archibald!" The dragon smiled.
"Father!" Archie flew towards his father.
"Archie, when did you get so big?"
"Hilarious, father, do I talk about your grey scales?"
"Ho-ho!"
"Who's that?" Charlie raised his brow to Merlin.
"My son, Hisirdoux Casperan,"
"Allandra's son?"
"Yes," Merlin nodded.
"Pleased to make your acquaintance, Mr. Charlemagne, the Devourer." Gulped Douxie.
"Please. My friends call me 'Charlie'. Let's retire to my dragon's den."
At Hex Tech...
"I can't believe Enya's captured," Sighed Toby.
"And Master Jim-- trapped in the body of a loathsome beast by Arthur's corruption." Whispered out Blinky.
Nari sat beside Asra, placing her hand on the lady's shoulder, "I sense all living souls, small and great. And I know Enya is alright."
"Nari, if you can feel all souls, what about Jim's?" Queried Claire.
Asra's eyes filled with hope for once.
" I will try. My roots extend across the Earth..." Her body floated as green magic extended around her, her eyes closed as she searched, "...But I cannot find the soul of your friend."
Asra was about to burst into tears again as Toby choked out, "..So, all that's left of Jimbo is that beast?"
"I won't accept that!" Snapped Claire, "If we can't find his soul in this world, I'll find it in another. I'm going into the Shadow Realm."
"Claire," Gemma comforted, patting her back, "I know it's hard but you have to let him go... I'm not saying don't mourn him, but you can't risk being killed by Morgana, she and I were friends in the past. I know her, she will kill if she has to,"
"I don't care," Claire pushed Gemma back, but Gem merely took a step back from the girl's force, "I love Jim, I'm not leaving him to rot in the Darkness!"
Asra caved slightly as she sat up, "Do you have the sword?"
"The sword of Medusa?" Patting the sheath, "Never left without it."
"It's stronger in the Shadow Realm, if you tell it who you want to find, you will..." Asra told.
Claire made a portal appear before, "Please...Get my son," Whispered Blinky as Claire walked through.
In the den...
"I'm sure Archibald told you all about my famous blood-berry pies!" Charlie placed down a ginormous pie.
"'Bloodberry'?" Douxie rolled his eyes, "There's no time for tea! The Arcane Order is back."
Merlin sighed, "We're after the Genisisis Seals,"
"And you're here, why?"
"Long ago I made a spell that can only be broken if my staff is broken with Dragon fire... We know a few people who can turn into dragons, but they aren't that kind of dragon when they do."
"Ah, so only my kind of dragon?"
"What kind of dragon is he?" Inquired Douxie.
"Luna Dragons they call us, regular dragons may vary but they are Earth and Fire dragons, then there are Water Dragons," Charlemagne responded.
"Oh."
"So... We must destroy the staff." Archie repeated, "But it's your only power source!"
Merlin sighed, "It may be, but I'd rather lose all my power than let the world be at stake."
In the Shadow Realm...
"Jim, where are you?" The sword began to glow before she heard something, "Uh--!"
Morgana Le Fay flew towards her, "Handmaiden!"
Claire yelped, pointing the sword, "Hey! Hey! Don't get close to me! I'm-I'm armed! You here for a fight? Whatever the Order's planning, I won't let you win!"
Morgana sighed, "I'm not here to fight you or for the Order," Slunking her shoulders, "I'm here for my brother."
"What? Why are you after your brother? He took Ji-Jim from me!"
"I know, I know, but that isn't my Arthur, my Arthur was kind, maybe a bit offish, but you were right, all he did was to protect me, his final family... And I didn't care, I was upset, I was stupid, I thought the Arcane Order would change his mind... Not take it,"
"I'll help you find him after I find Jim, truce?"
"Medusa Of Shadows, find the one I desire."
The sword glowed brightly, and made Claire fly through the shadows.
Morgana's eyes widened, "Okay, who made that sword?! I WANT ONE-"
In the dragon's den...
"But father, I-I can't do this without you and your magic! You've saved my ass so much and if you destroy the staff-"
"Douxie, it has to be destroyed, and I can not retrieve the Genisis Seals, you must."
Douxie took hold of the staff, "...You'll still be there for me, right dad?"
"Yes, of course, I'll be around for a long time, with or without magic."
