Jim does actually have a driver license, he had it before the story began, incase his mom needed him to use her car (even though she'd never get him a Vespa(She knew about the one Jamos bought him and never told him about it))

Toby stalked into the Lake House, it was about 3:00 AM, holding a massive nerf gun, an evil smile across his face.
"Who to get first?" Opening Jim's door open slowly to see Claire and Jim, "Perfect~" He whispered.
"PEW!"
A nerf hit Jim right in the face, "Ayah!" Jim jumped out of his skin and shot up, "What-What the-Toby?"
Toby smiled before Claire pulled a nerf pistol from her bedside, "Hands up, or I'll shoot," Snarled Claire.
Toby aimed at her and still shot her, but also got shot in the face by Claire.
Jim grabbed something from his shelf, a nerf gun Turbo, "I've been prepared for this my whole life!"
Toby screamed, "Oh shit!" And ran out of the door.
Jim held out another large nerf gun, "You can use this, keep the pistol in case."
Jim then went into his closet, putting a harness on that had reloads and other nerf guns.
"..Why do you have all these nerfs?"
"Been collecting them since I was 5, I'm 17," He laughed.
Toby ran into Asra's room, Asra's eyes snapped open to see Toby, "Oh... Shit,"
Draal's eyes opened up, his hair a mess, "..Why does he have a nerf gun?"
"It's May 21, Nerf Day for The Lake Family And Friends..." Asra stated, slowly reached down, "...GOOD I REMEMBERED!" And pulled out a gun and shot him.
"Oof! Good, this is just awakening and not the battle!" Toby ran out, "Prepare battle!"
~Outside~
"What are you doing again?" Whispered Bular.
"It's nerf war, I love nerf,"
"Why?"
"The Lake family has a tradition ever May 21st...A nerf battle, friends and family must join or...Your not a friend."
