August's POV (Late At Night)
I was getting dressed in all black when Kyiana came in my room. "Leaving?" she said. I nodded my head. "Well...I am going to find work tomorrow." she said. "Why?" I asked. "Because--" she started to say but I cut her off. "Because you don't want to live with a thug right?" I said, louder than I meant too and annoyed. "No, because I really don't want to get my ass beat again." she said walking out the door and slamming it behind her. I sighed. Damn. I wanted to go and talk to her but I had to go handle this problem.
Kyiana's POV (Few hours later)
It's one in the morning and August still isn't back. I was in his room laying down in his bed, because I just didn't feel safe in my room. When I heard the door, open I sat up really quick. It was really dark so I couldn't see anything. "It's just me." August said. He went into the bathroom. Probably to change. I laid back down. A few minutes later August came in dressed in some basketball shorts and no shirt. He laid down next to me. I turned to where I was facing him. "Want me to leave?" he said. "This is your room." I said. "So? If you want me to leave, I will." he said. "Leave, then." I said. He started to get up but I pulled him back down. "I was just playing you idiot." I said. He laughed and pulled me close to his body and I laid my head on his chest. No words needed to be said. I knew we were good. Are you feeling some type of way Kyiana? I looked up at August. Hell yeah.
