Kyiana's POV

I was getting ready to leave work when my boss came in. "Lap dance. $200." he said. I figured why not. I touched up my make up and then followed my boss to this light skin dude with a bunch of tattoos. This nigga was super fine.

August's POV

I was waiting on my lap dance when this gorgeous girl stood in front of me. She had pretty brown eyes and long black hair that stopped in the middle of her back and her butt was just the right size. She slide down on my lap and started winding & grinding. I was hypnotized by the way her body was moving. "What's your name big boy?" she said. "August Alsina." I said. She stopped. "Problem?" "August Alsina, the drug dealer?" she said. "Yeah." I said. She went back to dancing. I leaned forward until I was by her ear. "I ain't gone hurt you ma." I said.

Kyiana's POV

Kyiana you crazy as hell to believe this dude, but the way he said it was so honest. After I finished my dance, I started to get up but August grab my waist and sat me back down on his lap. "What are you doing?" I asked. "Talking to you. What's your name?" he said. "Kyiana." "Hey no fair. I gave you my last name." he said. "Kyiana Jackson." I said. I was super nervous. This dude was the biggest drug dealer/thug in California. Also, it really didn't help that his men were looking at me like I was from another planet. "Why are your men looking at me like that?" I said. August looked at his men. "Well maybe because I normally don't pull a girl back to me to talk." he said. I looked at the clock on the wall. "Well it was nice talking to you but I have to go or I will miss my bus." I said getting up. He pulled me back down. I looked at him with an annoyed look. "So I'll see you around." he said. "I guess." I said getting up and leaving, but I could feel him watching me as I left.

August's POV

Why the hell is this girl still in my head? Maybe because you are looking dead at her. I saw her walking towards the bus stop. I noticed a bunch of guys there too. Then a car started to slow down. Hell naw. I started running towards her and we both hit the ground as soon as the shooting started. She held on to me like if she let go she would lose her life. The shooting ceased and the car speeded off. After a few moments, we both got up. "You alright ma?" I asked. I was looking over her body, making sure she wasn't hurt. She was still trying to catch her breath. All my men came rushing up to me asking me if I was alright. I was more worried about Kyiana. "Give us some room." I told my men. They backed off and walked to their cars. "How about I just drive you to wherever you are going?" I asked. She looked at me, while rubbing her chest. "Yeah. Let's do that." she said.
