Chapter 21

August's POV
My dad really has lost his mind. First off why the fuck is he talking to Kyiana? Secondly he put his hands on her. I told my men to find my dad and tell him to meet me at the warehouse at 11. She said she loves me. I love her too. She probably doesn't think so. You didn't say it back idiot. I was shocked. Shut the hell up sub-conscious. I will but first I have to deal with my dad. I pulled up to warehouse and went inside. "Hey son. What's--" he said but I cut him off. "Why are you bothering Kyiana?" I asked. "The girl with the pretty brown eyes. To warn her of course." he said. "You're an ass." I said. "Well difference does it make? She's leaving you anyway." "What the hell are talking about?" I asked. "Pretty girl's sister is coming to get her today." My heart dropped to my stomach. He's lying but the look on his face told me he was dead serious. I walked back outside to my car and drove to my house. I walked inside. "Boss I didn't know Kyiana was leaving. "I didn't either." I said walking upstairs. I opened Kyiana's door to find her packing and some girl sitting on her bed. I looked at Kyiana. "Maria?" I asked.
Kyiana's POV
Damn. "Iyana this is the last bag. I'll meet you downstairs." I said. She took the bag and went downstairs. Then it was me and August. "You're leaving?" he said. "Yeah....August you've helped me so much but I'm going to move in with sister. She lives in Texas. So it was nice being here and....I wish you the best." I said. He just stared at me. I grabbed my purse and phone. I went up to August. He looked down at me. "Stay?" he asked. I wanted to stay but I did what he did. "I wish I could." I gave him a kiss and went downstairs. "Ready?" my sister asked. I nodded. Then we left.
Author's Note
I have been having writer's block but this just came to me. Anyways I am going to like skip 7 months to get it going and get ready to meet Kyiana's sister and her family.
