Part 18: Date Night

Y/N's POV:

I was busy cleaning- like always, when I came across my old journal. Seeing my old journal reminded me of my past and what truly happened to the white Mage's

I was drawn back to reality by a knock on my door.

I looked at who it was and saw Techno standing there.
I opened the door and let him in.

"Techno, wassup? Do you need anything?" I asked, putting my journal in my pocket. "Ah- I just came here to see you, we haven't had a real conversation in ages." He said, sitting down on my couch.

I then noticed that he had normal, casual clothes on- not his usual royal get up. "The clothes?" I asked. "I have nothing to do- plus, I wanted to wear something comfortable." He said.

He wore a black shirt and grey sweatpants.

'This man is fine as fuck- how did I just notice?'

I shook my head, getting rid of those thoughts, sitting next to Techno on the couch. "So...wanna watch a movie? Or some anime?" Techno asked, resting his arm around my shoulders and pulling me in to his side.

'Dafuq? This man is getting bold.'

"Sure, what anime do you wanna watch?" I asked, wrapping my arms around his waist and laying my head on his chest, I could feel him tense up.

'Ha- pussy, can't handle the heat.'

"U-Uhm, how about sk8 the infinity? Dub, of course." He asked, his voice cracking in the beginning. "Sure." I said, grabbing the remote, that was on the small table next to the couch- on Techno's side.

Though- to get the remote I had to reach over Techno, supporting myself with my hand on his thigh so I wouldn't fall on top of him.

When I sat back down, Techno had a huge blush on his face, sweat pooling on his forehead.

"You okay~?" I asked, smirking, as I got closer to his face. "You look a little red there, buddy."

Technoblade's POV:

'Dear god, this was not a good idea, tryin' to be bold didn't work, now I'm sitting here sweating my tits off man- fuck this.'

Voices:"God, dude- why are you being such a pussy?...Yeah dude, man up...Guys stop, you know this is his fir-pfft! first time being this close to a woman-pfft...hahahgahah!!...Poor Techno...Dude, this is kinda your fault, you chose Y/N- the baddest bitch on the block...Yeah man, we didn't choose her."

'What do you mean "we didn't choose her"?! You guys literally did!! Y'all told me to do this, remember?!'

~flashback to a few hours ago~

Voices:"Y'all, what if Techno and Y/N actually dated...That'd be sooOooOoOooo~ cOoOool~...Ye-Yeah, right...He should totally, like, ask her out an' stuff."

'What are you guys doing?'

Voices:"God, he's even more stupider then we thought...Bro, we're trying to get you to ask Y/N out...Yeah."

'Oh, so that's what you guys were trying...

NO.'

Voices:"Pussy...Dude- and you wonder why you're still single...We know you like Y/N...Just go to her house and ask her out...Yeah, it's that simple."

'No- it's not...what if she says no?'

Voices:"You sound sad...Stop...You're making us depressed...Why would she say no?...Yeah...Why would she say yes?... ... ...Dude, we are trying to support him right now...Yeah, Evan, try being nice for once...Hey, I am being nice...No you ain't...You literally asked why she should date Techno...Because they would make a beautiful couple...Yeah, couple goals- or sum shit like that."

'Ya'll aren't gonna leave me alone if I don't, are you?'

Voices:"Nope!!...So get the fuck up and go ask Y/N on a date...Yeah-OH, and try to be bold, chicks dig guys we are bold and confident...Yeah, yeah, put your arm around her or something...Yeah, and try to at calm and nonchalant about everything."

'You guys are terrible at this.'

Voices:"Hey! At least we're trying to get you a girlfriend!...Yeah, you should be thanking us...Ungrateful, bitch...We're just trying to help you."

'I know, thank you guys.'

I got up out of bed and started to get ready, I decided to just watch a movie with her or something, ya'know- not trying to rush things.

Voices:"Dude, you've known each other for almost a year now...You two literally slept in the same bed together...Yeah, how slow do you need to go?...You guys are gonna be 69 years-old and still haven't held hands yet."

"Shut up, it's enough that I'm doing this in the first place, y'all are in no place to complain about shit." I said out loud.

Voices:"Fine, we won't complain...For now...Bro, if you don't kiss her by the end of the day, we goin' be pissed...But, Techno said he's trying to take this slow...Darryl, shut up, nobody asked for your opinion...Oh- sorry...No-no, Darryl, don't be sorry, Evan is the one who should be apologizing for being a dick...Hey, I'm not a dick...Yes- you are, why do always have to be mean to Darryl?...What, you want me to be mean to Chuck?...I heard my name?...Aye- Chuck, fuck you!...What?...Hey- leave Chuck out of this...No, really, what's going on?...Nothing Chuck, go back to sleep...Oh- okay, bye guys...Did-Did Chuck just go back to sleep?...Hasn't he slept enough?...Are we just gonna ignore the fact that Evan was being an asshole?...Oh, yeah-"

"Okay, okay, can you guys stop now? You've been talking nonstop for the past 5 minutes and I'm starting to get a headache." I said out loud, having had enough of their shit.

Voices:"Oh, yeah...We kinda forgot about that."

'How did you forget-? no, ya'know what, fuck this, I'm just gonna watch some anime with Y/N and ignore you guys from now on.'
