What if H is using one of his cat maid tickets on foolish again, but maybe he goes a bit to far and foolish gets seriously upset at H and just tells him to leave. And H comes back hours later, sniffling, having told Sam about everything and having Sam next to his side and apologizing to foolish and Foolish apologizes back. Can be in same or separate universe as the other 2 fanfics your choice. If it's the same, then maybe Sam and Foolish have left Texas and were home now.
If different, then maybe H went and bumped into warden Sam on accident, and Warden Sam has a huge soft spots for littles, even though he didn't know H was a little.

Foolish let out a frustrated groan as Hbomb made another sexual joke, Foolish made the mistake of using another maid ticket hoping Hbomb would be of use this time instead of pestering him with uncomfortable jokes and just being an overall distraction. Hbomb laughed as he continued to tease the younger not knowing Foolish was genuinely getting upset, "just call me Foolish" Foolish huffed annoyance present in his voice.
The older didn't seem to pick up that Foolish was genuinely mad so he didn't stop, "Okay mas-" Hbomb started to tease before being interrupted.
"Quit it!" Foolish snapped, shoving Hbomb. as Hbomb started to apologize when Foolish stopped him again "just leave" he bit out, walking away from him altogether.
Hbomb's eyes watered, he didn't mean to make Foolish upset, but now he was really mad at him. He felt himself slipping as he realized what he had done, running away from Foolish heading in no specific direction.
His sniffles turned into sobs as he finally stopped running, only to realize he didn't exactly know where he was going. Hbomb decided to head in the direction of light he saw off in the distance trying to stay big until he figured out where he was. He finally gave up when he came across an empty wall, accepting defeat as his cries grew louder.
Sam was just going through his regular walk around the prison, checking for any disturbances when he heard crying. "Hbomb?"Sam questioned once he stumbled upon the source of the crying. The little looked up letting out a broken sob as Sam knelt next to him "what's wrong?" Sam asked a hint of annoyance present in his voice as he waited for a response.
"F-foolish is mad a' m-me" Hbomb hiccuped as he curled in on himself. Sam hummed, noting the childish speech pattern the man had retained. "A-an he yelled a' me" Hbomb pouted.
The hybrid had now put two and two together realizing that Hbomb was an age regressor and currently regressed, "oh angel" Sam cooed as he sat down, pulling the brunette into his lap. "Why is Foolish mad at you?" he questioned wiping away the tears that were actively falling.
He leaned into Sam's hand as his breathing started to even out, "he t-tol' me to stop an I didn't" Hbomb confessed taking deep breaths as he tried to calm down. "I try to say I was sorry but he tol' me to leave," he confided, "what if Foolish doesn't li'e me anymore" Hbomb whined eyes starting to water again.
"I'm sure he still likes you he's just upset, Why don't we go talk to Foolish hmm?" Sam proposed
Hbomb shook his head letting out a low whine, "he yell a' me again" Hbomb mumbled.
"Sammie won't let that happen okay?" Sam told the little as he got up from the ground. "Cmon little one, let's go say we're sorry," he said reaching out a hand for Hbomb to grab.
They then went on their way back to the wasteland, Hbomb trailing behind Sam as they finally arrived immediately seeing the God who was working on his latest project. Foolish huffed at the sight of the approaching group as he got to a stopping point before acknowledging the pair. "Foolish, Hbomb has something to say to you" Sam announced as Hbomb hid behind him.
"I don't care" Foolish dismissed coldly "I told him to-"
"Just. Listen" Sam demanded, "go on angel," he told the brunette.
Sniffling, Hbomb walked out from behind Sam approaching Foolish, he looked back at Sam before turning to face the hybrid "I'm s-sorry, shoulda listen when you said to stop" Hbomb apologized, tears threatening to fall. Hbomb quickly ran back to Sam, tucking himself into the hybrid's side.
"Good job sweetheart" Sam praised softly as he comforted the little.
Foolish felt a pang of guilt in his chest as he realized his earlier, angered reaction had caused Hbomb to regress "it's okay H, I'm sorry too" Foolish confessed walking over to the pair.
"Not mad anymore?" Hbomb asked looking up from Sam's side.
The God shook his head, "I'm not mad, baby" Foolish said, "can I have a hug?" the mentally older asked letting out a grunt as the little crashed into him.
All three of them laughed, Sam relieved that the situation was quickly de-escalated from the mess it started as. They and little Hbomb had a discussion later on about how he can listen to others better to make sure things like this wouldn't happen again.
