A Couple Of Thoughts

The Beach

The sun is shining

Children are laughing

There is a warm breeze that carries the heavenly smell of the ocean

You hear waves crash softly against the sand as the seagulls squawk

It's a nice day on the beach

Playing in the sand with the ones you love or enjoying the sun;

Laying down,

Closing your eyes

And breathing in the smell of the ocean

You watch as the sun sets over the horizon

The sun going to sleep and the moon waking

Glistening orange and yellow,

Turning to shadowing blue and purple

When night falls,

You lay in the sand and look up at the stars

As the transition happens,

You watch as the stars start to shine

The stars are stunning

Gleaming and twinkling

You lay alone and enjoy the peace

Or you lay with the one you love dearly

Laying together content and cuddling one another

Enjoy the wonderful beach moments with love and care

Because you might only experience it once

Maybe you see it all the time but even then enjoy it

Have time to relax for you still have work

You may only have so much free time

Enjoy it while you have it.
