A Couple Of Thoughts

We All Go Through Shit

We really shouldn't compare who goes through worse

Yeah some things happen more to others based off statistics

But we can all can experience similar traumas in life

We always point out how women are more abused

But it happens to men too

Men are also abused, raped and so much more

Men are always told that they're not allowed to cry and that they have to be tough

And it happens to women too

The roles are reversed and also combined

Both go through things no one should go through

It doesn't even matter who goes through the most either

It doesn't matter if you've been through more or less than someone else

No one deserves to go through pain

But we all end up going through it

Because life is cruel

How we choose to get on with life is what matters

If we let it hold us back from being the person we were meant to be

That beautiful heart and soul

Or not letting that trauma hold us back

Those traumas give us scars and we dwell on them

But we can still move on and live our life to the fullest

Stop comparing your life to others

Don't tell others you've been through worse than them

Because we all go through shit

For the people who are dealing with their trauma

You're doing great

Keep going

And for the ones still trying to heal

Don't give up

Life is cruel but you'll find your beauty
