Osuman
Osuman (officially written as ♂♀) is a member of ○○ no Shuyaku wa Wareware da!. A feminist who reads the ♀ symbol as "Man", Osuman is not afraid to voice his opinions and is very argumentative. He is known for his high player skills, especially in Hearts of Iron, where he usually doesn't even think twice about declaring wars. Currently, Osuman doesn't participate in videos, which may be due to him being busy with real life matters. However, he's still socially active and frequently writes blog entries on Wrwrd's Nico Nico channel.
Personality
Osuman is described as a 'shameless' person. He is a steady talker and is logically strong. There are many moments of him showing of his argumentative side, such as when he had a debate with Tonton in an archived video.
He's also known to be a bit perverted, having known to make some questionable jokes from time to time, and due to the immense amount of sexual remarks, he was called a "serious homo". However, according to Tonton, Osuman is actually rather shy in real life. He also seems to be concerned about his weight, if his recent activity on Twitter is any indication.
Appearance
Osuman is an adult man with straight black hair and a medium complexion. In most of his appearances, he usually wears a pair of black sunglasses and a fez. His standing picture depicts him having brown hair with long bangs (especially the part coming from the right side of his face), somewhat similar to Shaoron's standing picture. He wears a teal kaftan with yellow lining, brown gloves, and black boots. An alternate design have him with shorter hair and his outfit consists of a brown or grey suit over either a white shirt and black tie or a green turtleneck sweater. He also wears brown shoes and brown sunglasses. Both designs have him wearing a fez with a fur tassel (either teal or green in color) attached to it.
Fictional Counterparts:
Below are some depictions of Osuman in various works.
Cthulhu Mythos TRPG
Hitman Osuman
Osuman is one of the players in the "Cthulhu Mythos TRPG with Rich Personalities" video series, playing as himself. However, unlike his standing picture, he is depicted closer to his actual appearance. He wears a grey suit and black sunglasses. This is known as Osuman's 'Hitman form'.

Cardinal Osuman (オスマン枢機卿) in the cover of Isekai no Shuyaku wa Wareware da! volume 4
In this story, Osuman first started as a scientist who advocates leaving decision-making to Artificial Intelligence. A thousand years later after the nuclear war, where the main plot takes place, he ended up becoming a cardinal in the church of the Koneshima Kingdom.
A faithful believer of Christianity and Philanthropy, Osuman follows the Ark of the Covenant, advocates love for neighbors, and preaches against science and technology. He has a soft demeanor and can be seen always smiling. However, there are many mysteries surrounding him. One of the most notable one is how he actually can't touch the Ark of the Covenant whatsoever (doing so would result in him getting shocked with electricity). This is a fact he hides from everyone, including Oproite, who is very loyal to him.Unlike the visual novel, his appearance in the manga is different from the standing picture. His hair is a lighter shade of brown, almost bordering on blond. His bangs are much longer on the right side, and some of his hair is tied into a tiny bun. His kaftan is green with orange, yellow, and black details. He also wears black gloves and a black and red fez with blue tassels.
Etymology:
His name is a reference to the Turkish Ottoman, which is the nation he first played as in HoI. It is also a pun on the obsolete Japanese word for "Man" (雄, Osu). As mentioned above, he reads ♀ as "Man", which is why his name is officially written as "♂♀".
