Janes pov
In a couple days, Jeff would be leaving. I'm going to miss him so much. I was in our room looking at photo albums. Elijah walked in.
"Hello." I said.
"Your husband is a monster." Eli said.
"I don't understand... I mean we all are monsters. Me, Jeff and Violet are all monsters." I said.
"He made me kill my family and I didn't realize till I got the call that they were stabbed the other night." Eli said.
"No, you did that. You can't blame him for what you did. Nobody makes us do anything. You killing your family was all you." I said.
"I wouldn't have done it. I think he's hiding something from you." Eli said.
I pulled my knife out and put the tip underneath his chin.
"What?" I asked.
"When I was killing, he left. I don't know. I heard that he would go away for a while with no reason." Eli said.
"What you think that he would have an affair?" I asked.
"He's a monster. He doesn't love you. You're just his fun toy till he finds someone better." Eli said.
"How do you know that he doesn't love me?" I asked.
"He is completely fine with killing you. I think you should be pointing the blade to someone else." Eli said.
Elijah turned me to face Jeff.
"Is there something that you would like to tell me, Jeff?" I asked.
Jeff looked so confused.
"I love you?" Jeff said confusedly.
I put my knife near his heart.
"Are you having an affair or had one?" I asked.
"No." Jeff said.
"Don't lie to me." I said.
I tried to stab him but he stopped the blade and threw it away.
"What the hell is wrong with you, Jane? " Jeff asked.
"Where were you last night?" I asked.
"I didn't want to give you this but here." Jeff said.
Jeff pulled out a ring.
"Giving me a gift wouldn't make me feel better." I said.
"It's my mothers. I thought that you needed something a little more sentimental then just a ring that I stole from a victim." Jeff said.
Jeff took off my wedding ring and put his mothers ring in its place.
"Jane, I choose you." Jeff said.
Jeff kisses me. I saw demon eyes in Elijah's eyes.
