One thing that you hated about Loki was that he was a mind reader. So, he could pretty much read your thoughts at any time he felt like it. Loki had your hand in his, leading you to Peter's room. You smiled as you saw bean bag chairs, blankets, and a sofa set up with bowls of popcorn.
"Welcome to Movie Night!" Peter exclaimed.
Loki looked down at you as if Peter was insane. Ned gave a wave. You could hear the heavy rain clattering against the glass door that led to Peter's balcony. Drops poured down, and you smiled. You liked rain, although you weren't a big fan of storms, so you prayed it wouldn't start to. Loki would defintely take advantage of your fear.
You plopped down on the couch, Loki sitting directly next t you. Peter and Ned sat on either bean bag chair. Ned's was blue and Peter's was red. It almost matched his Spiderman costume. There was a Death Star made out of legos on his nightstand. They had always been big Star Wars Fans, and so had you.
"What movie are we watching? Actually, let me guess. A Star Wars movie." You guessed, laughing.
Peter smiled. "Maybe. Alright, fine, we're watching The Rise of Skywalker. You were actually right, Y/N."
This wasn't a suprise. The boys handed Loki and I a giant bucket of popcorn, and they had their own.
You looked at Loki akwardly and then back at Peter. "Um, do Loki and I have to share a bucket?"
"It just makes it easier." Ned shrugged.
Loki looked satisfied, as your shoulders slumped.
"Why?" You groaned, dragging out the end of the word.
"Shush, the movie's starting." You were awfully tired.
That's when the storm had started. A boom of thunder shook the room, and you jumped. Actually, you had fell right into Loki's arms. He stroked your hair and pulled you to him, holding you tight.
"Shh, it's okay darling."
You sighed, and looked up at him. "Loki I'm fine!" you whisper-protested.
"I'm not letting you go. I'm here to protect you."
Ned and Peter were oblivious to what was happening, and they were intensely eating popcorn, their eyes glued to the screen. Lightning struck the ground, and more thunder ratteled the Avenger's Tower. You burried your head into Loki's chest.
Let's just say you have some not so great memories with storms... The bowl of popcorn was placed in front of you two, and you both reached for a piece at the same time. Both of you blushed, your hands meeting. Loki had comforted you from the storm most of the movie, but you had sat up again.
Your eyelids grew heavy, and you let out a yawn. How much more was left? And most importantly, when would you be able to go to sleep? Loosing control of your tiredness, your head leaned onto Loki's shoulder, and you fell asleep on him. He smiled, and his face was completly red.
Loki quietly placed a blanket over the two of you. It was getting closer to the end of the movie, and Peter and Ned were talking and yelling loudly.
"She's trying to sleep." Loki said.
Peter and Ned turned around. Peter snapped a picture. "Yeah, alright." His eyes burned with anger and a look of... jealousy?
Rey and Kylo Ren... Loki couldn't help but be somewhat reminded of him and Y/N. At the ending, he longingly looked at Y/N. If only... What was he even thinking? Y/N would never love him. And besides he didn't even love you. Right? Feelings couldn't affect him. Loki was a god after all. Why would anyone ever love him?
