You had to tell Peter no sadly, due to Loki's constant threats. He looked really sad and you couldn't help but regret your choice a bit. It was the night of the dance, and you wore a long and beautiful dark green dress. Natasha had picked out golden pieces of jewlery for you and even had helped with the dress.
Nat didn't really look the part, but she was quite the fashion icon. Bruce had asked her to go, and she said yes out of kindness. You didn't think she realized, but you saw her glancing over at Steve longingly when Bruce asked her. It was a similar situation with Peter, but who knows what Loki would do if you betrayed him.
The party started at 7 and was supposed to go pretty late. Of course, Tony had provided achohol. Thor had brought some Asgardian liquor also. Loki insisted to see your dress, but Nat decided for you. He could not see your outfit until the party had started. She had the brilliant idea of getting you mini golden horns to match Loki's, only they were short and not sticking up like antlers.
You weren't sure if you would wear them the whole time, but Loki would probably freak out over them. Nat had been giving you advice for Loki, and she still was at the moment. You sat on the edge of her bed. Cold air breezed throught the room when she opened her balcony for a moment, quickly shutting it.
Everything was quiet for a moment, and then she sat down next to you. "Any major worries?" She questioned, brushing her darker ginger hair behind her neck.
"What if he kisses me?" You said, rubbing your neck.
Nat laughed. "I have a lot of experience on that, don't worry."
"Wait wha-"
"Don't worry about it." She was sweating.
You laughed. "Ok then."
"Even if he is the God of Mischef, enjoy it. Let every last beautiful moment last. If you act like you want to get it over with, you'll regret it. Especially since this would be your first kiss, correct?" Nat said.
"Correct." You nodded.
"I'm going to change into my dress." Natasha said, heading into her bathroom.
