(Captain Marvel) Chapter 3: Pancho's Bar

Scene moves to Vers and Kratus running and hiding.

Kratus: This is a different experience at this point.

Vers: How different?

Kratus: I mean, all I've done is to go to war, fight monsters, but not hunting them.

Vers: It isn't that bad, get used to it. Do you still have it?

Kratus: Y-Yeah.

He gives Vers the Skrull tech as she puts it in her device as a lot of like vision or dreams from Dr Lawson to a bar called Pancho's Bar. The tech was so much that started to overheat her device, shutting the holograms off, taking the Skrull device and throwing it away.

Vers: So?

Kratus: Pancho's Bar... I know where it is.

Vers: Great, let's go.

Kratus: Hold it, you're nowhere going like that. You need a new set.

Vers: Well where's a clothing store?

Scene changes to the two entering a clothing store, with Vers looking around. She saw a lot of clothes as Kratus stands by her side.

Kratus: Choose quick.

Vers roll her eyes and walks picking a green leather jacket, a white shirt, jeans, a flannel and boots. Kratus leaned by a wall looking at more clothes for himself. He looked at his clothes and thought that he also needed a new pair. He grabbed a black leather jacket, black shirt, dark jeans, boots and a pair of sunglasses. Vers comes out and sees that Kratus wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Vers: Of course he left.

She looked down until she definitely could feel someone by her. She looked forward seeing a man in front of her with a clothing similar to Kratus.

Vers: What'd you want?

Man: What? Can't a man offer a pretty lady a ride?

Vers looks another direction, as the man just doesn't give up.

Man: Come on, smile a little, for me.

Vers: A smile?

Man: Well, giving you a ride is the least I can do, once you give a smile.

Vers: *smiles a little* First a handshake, then the smile you wish so much.

Man: Fine by me.

He takes a glove off as the two actually handshake very... normally.

Vers: I'm Vers.

Man: Well people call me "The Dawn."

Vers: Sounds dangerous.

The two keep with the handshake but The Dawn already wanted to separated but, Vers grip was too strong as she started to crush his hand, smiling as he knelt in pain.

Vers: You got the smile, sweetie, but I want something in exchange. *looks back* I can see you have a beautiful ride there, so wouldn't be very chivalrous to help a beautiful lady, hm? You give me the keys and in exchange... you get to keep an unbroken hand, good deal in my opinion

The Dawn: *grunting in pain as he gives her his keys* Take it... take it.

She smiles grabbing the keys as she lets go as he pants. She looks at the cashier in shock as she hears the curtains move and sees Kratus a bit uncomfortablez

Kratus: I hate this. *he stops and sees what happened* Come on, seriously?

Vers: *smiling* We got a ride.
