Kratus is one of the Eternals created by The Celestials to fight against The Deviants during the Stone Age towards this point of time, but Kratus it's different to the others. He doesn't follow The Eternal rules, he considers every conflict a danger...
The remaining half of Kratus' body was put in some kind of bed, as the Asgardian "scientist" work on it. They begin on working on the remaining's of Kratus with some guards around them.
Guard #1: What is he?
Scientist #1: He's not from any of the realms... at least... not entirely
Guard #1: Hmm?
Scientist #1: Mortal appearance, but... his level, his power... he doesn't possess a soul... or more likely... his soul is trapped.
Guard #1: Trapped?
Scientist #1: Something is blocking he's soul, he's merely a machine, but he has a soul... and covered in pure Cosmic Energy... he's an Eternal.
Guard #1: How does he have a soul?
Scientist #1: I... I'm not entirely sure.
Some steps were heard showing an old man walking inside... the Allfather, Odin.
Odin: An Eternal. He is far from Midgard, so take him away.
???: He won't!
They look back seeing Thor walking by his father and stands by Kratus' body.
Thor: He will stay here on Asgard.
Odin: He doesn't belong on Asgard, he has his own place on Midgard.
Thor: He is a comrade, he helped stop Loki back on Earth. Leave him in a recuperating room, he needs time to heal.
The guards nod and take his body away, as Odin glares at Thor.
Odin: What are you doing?
Thor: Helping a friend.
Thor walks away with Odin glaring at Thor who walked away.

17 months later
Scene stays on Asgard with Odin watching Asgard's warriors train. Thor in the other hand was in a mission in Aflheim, but it was more of a checking mission than a fight... one that sadly he had to go. Odin looked from afar some of the warrior three like Volatagg and Fandral, Hogun accompanied Thor while Sif... it was sadly her turn to check on Kratus... he hasn't waken up, or anything close. Scene does show Sif in a seat with arms crossed looking at other direction very annoyed.
Sif: Watch him, he says. He'll wake up at any moment, he says, dammit Thor.
She taps the floor with her foot and lays back further. She looks at Kratus, who had grown a long wavy red hair... like shoulder long and a full beard as well... he looked a lot more like Thor in the mortal books. She saw his nose for a reason bleeding, as she sighs.
Sif: Hope it isn't like this every time.
She saw his hand crack the moment he clenched his fists. She grabbed her weapon as Kratus completely wakes up in sudden shock. He looks at Sif who had her weapon ready as he panted.
