Ending (Captain Marvel) Chapter 8: Mar-Vell or Marvel?

Scene shows Talos with a bandage in his shoulder, since he was shot by Yon, putting a hand on Kl'rt sighing. Kratus entered and saw Talos.

Kratus: Is he-

Talos: He'll be fine, he is too stubborn to die. Kratus... you have no idea how grateful I am that you and you're Terran friends did to saved my people, my wife and daughter have a future, I'm very grateful.

Kratus: I did what was right, the Kree took your liberty, your home, we're going to get your people, after that, we'll find a suitable planet that will accept you and help you.

Talos: Thank you, Kratus.

Kratus smiled a bit and walked away, leaving Talos with Kl'rt, when he walked, he saw Soren and her daughter.

Soren: How's Talos and Kl'rt?

Kratus: They'll be fine, tell your husband that he is free to stay for dinner, you two as well.

Soren: A-Are you sure? Don't want to be a disturbance.

Kratus: You aren't, you earned your place here in this house at least, Maria and Monica would like you three stay for dinner.

Soren: Thank you, Kratus, it means a lot to us.

Kratus: I know. *looks to Soren's daughter and kneels* Monica has a game you might enjoy, just... don't rage, it happens a lot... wanna try it?

Kratus extends his hand at her which she was still a bit scared as she looks at Soren who nods. She slowly grabbed his hand as he stands up and walks away with her holding his hand. Scene changes to Kratus in the bathroom washing his hands as he looks at himself, he sees something different, he looks under his chin seeing a bit of hair... wait... he has never possessed a beard, he is synthetic, he can't have one. He touched it feeling the hair, he wasn't dreaming, as his eyes glow but with extreme precision, pressure, temperature, he shoots a small cosmic thermal beam managing to reflect the window like a light and he shaves the small piece of hair. He finishes later walking away very thoughtful. He looks right and Carol was walking upstairs seeing Kratus.

Carol: How's Kl'rt?

Kratus: Getting there, Talos and Soren are with him. You didn't just come here for that didn't you?

Carol: Actually no. *touches her hair* Thought you could use one of your skills for that.

Kratus: I'm a warrior, not a barber or hair stylist.

Carol smirking shows a card of a hair stylist and shows the name "Kaiden Bale." Kratus frowns with Carol still smirking.

Kratus: Fury?

Carol: Yep.

Kratus: *sighs* Fine, my home.

Hours later

Maria was putting the dinner on the table with Fury's help.

Maria: Where's Carol?

Fury: *taking a second to answer* Probably doing something with Kenneth... you've seen how they are at.

Maria: Yeah.

The door opens with Carol walking in.

Carol: Sorry I'm late, had to do something.

Maria and Fury looked in a bit of shock.
