The days gloomily passed on until Thursday morning.

With the incident that happened at the Care of Magical Creatures lesson there was a mutual hatred for the other class lurking around.

Draco was still bandaged up and in a sling as we made it into the Potions classroom.

Professor Snape looked as snarky as ever as the students pile into the classroom and take their seats.

Pansy was just a table over from the four of us still simpering over Draco's hurt arm.

"Settle down. Settle down" Professor Snape announces idly.

I roll my eyes and look away Snape always let the Slytherins get away with everything.

Snape had finally announced what we were going to be making today; a Shrinking Solution.

I was keeping an eye out for any funny business between Draco and the trio as Draco set up his cauldron next to Ron and Harry.

I shoot him a look.

"What are you playing at?" I mouthe, giving him a questionable look.

He shrugs his shoulders and looks away.

I let out a cool sigh.

"Sir," Draco calls. "I'll need help cutting up these daisy roots, because of my arm—"

"Weasley, cut up Malfoy's roots for him," Snape orders without looking up.

My face instantly falls as Draco shoots Ron a sly grin.

Ron's face turns beet red.

"There's nothing wrong with your arm," he hisses at Draco.

I stare in shock as Draco flashes Ron a smirk. "You heard him Weasley, cut up these roots"

Ron begrudgingly seizes his knife, looking as though he'd rather cut up something else right about now.

Ron cut up the daisy roots, his ears as red as his hair as he chops the roots roughly.

"Professor," Draco calls. "Weasley's mutilating my roots, sir."

I stare at Draco in shock of how he was taking advantage of Ron.

Professor Snape stalks over towards our table giving Ron an unpleasant smile through his greasy hair.

"Change roots with Malfoy, Weasley" Snape orders.

"But sir—!"

"Now." Snape states.

Ron angrily shoves his own nicely cut roots towards Draco.
