Heavy rains and harsh winds accompany the month of March. The events from the second task seemed to slowly fade away from everyone's memories and business as usual resumed at Hogwarts.
"Harry, your wand!" I call, rushing out of the Potions classroom after him.
The previously empty corridor was now filling with students milling about from lesson to lesson. I tug on Harry's arm, holding out his wand towards him.
"There they are!" Pansy Parkinson giggles loudly, eying me with a smirk. "Loveheart's in love"
Harry and I look at one another in confusion as Pansy and Daphne Greengrass crowd around Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle. A magazine of Witch Weekly bunched up in Crabbe's white pudgy hand.
Pansy hastily snatches the magazine away from Crabbe before shoving it into Harry's chest. "you'll find everything you need in there!"
She cackles before beckoning the rest of her posse along, stopping only to smirk at the two of us before wandering out of sight.
"C'mon we'll miss lunch" Harry states, walking ahead of me.
The Great Hall was crowded with clusters of students tucking into lunch as Harry and I make our way over towards our usual spot at the Gryffindor house table, taking our seats next to each other on the bench.
Ron waves, eating a spoonful of mashed potatoes while Hermione reads her copy of Muggle Studies.
I snatch the magazine from Harry, skimming the article.
Harry Potter's Secret Admire:
Harry James Potter a boy of fourteen has found a great deal of love a support from his girlfriend at Hogwarts. Blythe Loveheart a "pureblooded sweetheart" described by many of her peers seems to have a taste for famous wizards and maybe even the widely famous Harry Potter can't compete.
Miss Loveheart's latest prey, sources report is none other than the first place winner of the second Triwizard task and wildly handsome Cedric Diggory. Many remember seeing Miss Loveheart accompany Mr. Diggory to the much anticipated Yule Ball on Christmas night. Some even report the two sneaking off and sharing a kiss on the shore of the Black lake.
Miss Loveheart, pureblood noble and heiress to to her family's esteemed estate seems to be making her rounds around the grounds of Hogwarts.
Are these two seekers competing for the snitch of her heart?
No word yet on how Harry Potter is taking this latest emotional blow.
My face heats in embarrassment as I slam the magazine down onto the table, causing the bowls to shake. "She can't be serious!" I shout angrily, my mind clouded with anger. "That Skeeter is a menace!"
Harry grabs the article before reading quickly, his face turning scarlet as he passes it towards Hermione.
"Pureblooded sweetheart?" Hermione reads in disbelief, her eyes scanning over the words quickly. "she's absolutely vile"
I turn hastily, looking over at the Slytherin house table. Pansy and Daphne were busy smiling and laughing at me.
