Chapter 37

Car stopped outside the hospital.Her Royal Highness didn't waste a second and opened the door but stopped when something crossed her mind.She looked back and saw Han Shin Lee lost in her thoughts looking outside the window." Han Shin Lee"she called but didn't get any response so she touched her shoulder and Han Shin lee trembled with a jerk as if someone threw a bucket of cold water on her,when she looked at the woman beside her,she heard "We are outside the Hospital".
Han Shin Lee realised she was daydreaming and nodded silently and bit her lower lip nervously and opened her side of door and put her right leg on ground.
Day was slightly rainy a wave of cool breeze touched her face as if welcoming her back in Seoul.
She came out of the car and closed the door behind mentally preparing herself to meet her past again.
Her Royal Highness was already on stairs as if she didn't want to waste a second , desperate to meet her husband.
Han shin lee on other hand was hesitant,she was still not sure whether she even wants to meet him again or not.She looked at Her Royal Highness from afar,her back was visible as she was climbing stairs,a perfect loving wife she was looking. Han Shin Lee thought about herself where she is going???,who is her there??,the man she knew,to whom she was married,who almost killed her is now someone else's husband,soon to be someone's father but what was her relationship with him,she again questioned herself .

With shaking body and numb mind she moved forward ,When Her Royal Highness waved her hand signalling her to come in her direction.
Reaching the next block she saw Chief Park talking to Her Royal Highness , he looked at Han Shin Lee with wide eyes but after thinking for few seconds he smiled politely at her and said ,"It's good to see you here Ma'am".She nodded and smiled back .She was feeling very unwelcomed there as if she was meeting everyone for the first time,as if she doesn't know anyone there, environment was thick and stressed.Gulping her saliva and biting her lower lip ,Han Shin Lee moved forward,Now came Head Maid Wan ,"Child " she called her and embraced her warmly and squeezed her hands,How are you Child??,she asked with tears in her eyes.
Her Royal Highness felt something strange,may be jealousy ,she mocked herself in mind ,"you are feeling jealous seeing her hugging Head Maid Wan ,what would happen when your Husband would hug her????"and again felt a kick in her stomach and cried in pain "ouch".
Both head maid wan and Han shin looked at her ," nothing just kick "she chuckled holding back tears in her eyes to not spoil the moment.

Now it was time to meet him, head maid wan  opened the door  and Her Royal Highness said, "please come inside Han Shin Lee "!! before entering the room ,Han shin lee followed them .She went inside,his room,He was lying  on green bed lifeless ,he was pale,thin ,his cheek bones were visible,his handsome face was looking like a skeleton. Several pipes were attached to his body and machine,he was looking like a corpse,Han shin lee couldn't believe her eyes,She couldn't believe the man who made her life a living hell is lying on hospital bed almost lifeless, suddenly a machine srarted making strange sound,his forefinger moved,only Han Shin Lee noticed .Head Maid wan and Her Royal Highness got panicked,He started taking heavy breathe.
Han Shin lee became statue right there,she stiffened ,glued to the ground.Her Royal Highness ran outside the room to inform doctor. Suddenly something happened ,he opened his eyes and again closed it,making her heart beat faster,Her Royal Highness  again entered the room with Doctors and nurses. Suddenly room filled with so many people,Han Shin Lee felt suffocated,She felt like she was short of oxygen ,so she cornered herself hiding herself from him,she was trembling her eyes filled with tears and an unknown emotion clouded her mind.

He is responding, unbelievable Doctors claimed,one of them injected something in his wrist and machine went silent that was piercing everyone's ear just few seconds ago.
Don't take tension,He will be fine ,now chances of his survival are high ,he will definitely come out of coma,,just pray to god!!
The same Doctor said And left the room with nurses.Head maid wan looked at Han Shin Lee who was looking so vulnerable while standing in corner,eyes filled with tears.She was about to collapse just when Head maid wan screamed Han Shin lee and catched her before she could slip , She made her sit on a nearby chair near the window."Child "Why are you crying??,Why are you trembling??Are you afraid of him, Don't be afraid my child, he has changed in all these years ,He is not that old angry man,Trust me, Don't be afraid".Her Royal Highness was hearing everything but remained silent near his bed looking at him with tears in her eyes.

I am not afraid of him,Han Shin Lee said to Head maid Wan .Even I don't know why I'm afraid .What i am doing here?? I don't know what will I do after he will be again in his senses??

Her Royal Highness couldn't control herself ,Han Shin Lee's words were killing her ,she couldn't control herself so she said excuse herself and said,"I forgot my phone in car, I'll be back soon" and left the room without looking at anyone's face .

Head Maid Wan ,She again said with broken voice,"What if he wouldn't want me to leave him? He is not alone head maid wan, he has a beautiful wife and now a child to look upon then why he's still waiting for me.
I' dont want to face him,How can I face him ,Who is he,Who is me ?What is our relationship??

Child,Head Maid Wan said Head Maid Wan ",relax, first let him wake up ,may be he just want to apologise to you for his deeds,His Royal Highness  is a nice person now,Her Royal Highness has brought you hen then she must have some reason right???,Give them a chance!!"

Suddenly,They saw him coughing on bed ,only then she realised he is awake ,Head Maid Wan told her that She is going to bring Doctors  and left the room .
Han shin lee eyes widened,She stood up without even thinking.What was she doing she didn't know as if her feet had grown their own brain,they were automatically moving,She went near his bed,He was already  looking  at her with glittering eyes and genuine smile on his face unlike that devil smirk he always used to have whenever he would look at her .He signalled her to sit near him she moved forward and sat on a chair  near him.
"Wifey,I missed you"!! He said with tears in his eyes.She looked at him with shock,he took her hand in his hand but she suddenly jerked her hand as a reflex action unintentionally.He noticed her discomfort so he apologized,She again looked at him with shock.

It was looking like he wasn't the same person who used to be her husband he was someone else.
HRH was never like that,He never apologized to her or anyone else. The man who didn't apologies even after killing his own children, how could he apologize without any reason now?? she asked herself  and then burst another bomb!!Where is our baby??He asked ......

Han Shin Lee froze,He doesn't remember she never had one.Now everything was making sense to her, First he called her wifey and now asking her about child,She was herself a Doctor she douted that he may have lost sime part of his memories but She wasn't sure so she remained silent and waited for Doctor and then entered Head Maid wan with HRH and Doctor.

So your wait is over😁😁😁 plus,,, I have decided to edit 1st part of this book and elaborate it by adding some more chapters in it as I think it's too short.
