I......I....III,Han shin Lee's lips trembled while replying to Her Royal Highness,she was shocked, somewhere in her heart she still had  love for him no matter what he did to her,she never wanted him to die,even though it had been almost 3 years since they last saw each other ,she still cared about him,she was just nervous and an old fear ,a confusion was clouding her thoughts,,she was still lost in her thoughts,at first she was thinking about him but then she thought about the lady standing in front of her,lady that was her ex husband's new wife who was soon going to be the mother of his child ,who was begging her to meet her husband,it was very clear that the lady was deeply in love with him, he had moved on in his life unlike her who never  thought about someone else even in her dream,is there any place left in his life for her,what is her relationship with that man whose wife is begging her to return in his life, wouldn't it be wrong with her and the child in her stomach, ,her own past started rotating in her mind,how can she return to the killer of her own children????
Her Royal Highness who felt like Han shin lee was taking eternity to reply , again said "if you're thinking about me or my child I promise you me and my child will leave him forever,we will never return in his life,I promise I won't even let him to know that I'm with his child,he doesn't know I'm pregnant", when Han Shin Lee still didn't reply  she impatiently  asked once again,will you come?, please don't say no!! ,I know you love him otherwise you wouldn't have returned from Kyoto to Tokyo in such a dangerous weather Please return in his life.Han shin lee came out of her thoughts and said almost crying ,Are you out of your mind, ??have you ever thought about your child?? ,how could you make such an insane decision all by yourself ,?? think about this child in your womb what would you say that day when he/she will ask you about her father??At that Her Royal Highness said It will still be better for him/her to not know the name of father than having a dead father ,at that Han Shin lee was unable to say anything,after a silence han shin Lee said I will come with you and try my best so that his health could improve but the day he will recover I will tell him all the truth and that day will be my last day in Seoul and his life,HRH was about to say something but han shin lee cut her off in the middle and said never ever thought you were the one who came between him and me, whatever relationship we had ended the day my children died I don't love him anymore,my reason for meeting you was not him but you who travelled from Seoul to Tokyo in this condition,how could I deny you, wouldn't it be wrong with you,,me and him are like two different shores of river, we can never meet ,you are going to be the mother of his child ,you have a future to look upon ,Even if I have agreed to come with you ,its only reason is just you and your child,I will do it for you ,and never ever thought about leaving him,at least for your child,  HRH facial expression changed,there was only one thing that came in her mind at that time I.e, Is this person in front of me an angel or something?how could a woman be so selfless,her eyes says it all how much she's still in love with him but still she is thinking about me rather than herself, she smiled for the first time in those six months but tears were still in her eyes she hugged han shin lee tightly genuinely and suddenly she felt a sharp pain on left side of her stomach she yelped,ouch...... before han shin lee could respond to her hug HRH sudden pain in her stomach panicked her.
Han shin lee asked what happened??

Don't know.Her royal highness replied, she was still suffering from that sudden pain, Han shin lee took jug from the table and filled the glass with water and gave it to HRH and asked her to sit,HRH took the glass from han shin Lee's hand and before that glass could even touch her lips,she again yelped ,then once again,Han shin lee realised something and her facial expression changed dramatically, she told hRH may be the baby in her womb was kicking  , worried expression from her face change to a beautiful smile she said to HRH I think baby is kicking,she had pregnancy experience for two times she was well aware about that kind of sudden pain,HRH protectively kept one of her hand around her stomach and smiled brightly,her face was glowing,han shin lee could not control her emotions,in low voice she asked can I touch your belly?HRH looked at her and nodded still smiling and added why not!!,when she touched her belly HRH thought something, something deep,if a child is the symbol of love between two people then indirectly the child in her womb was han shin Lee's child as she was the one with whom his highness made love with not her,she felt something strange in her heart,her eyes filled with tears ,on the other hand when han shin lee touched her stomach she felt something moving inside her womb just like her children used to Move in her womb when she was in her second trimester ,tears rolled down her cheeks, wiping her cheeks she couldn't control herself so she said excuse me to HRH and left the room and directly went to washroom she threw water on her face and looked at herself in the mirror reflection,she started crying uncontrollably ,she put both her hands on her mouth so nobody could hear her crying in the corridor,after crying her heart out, she wiped her face again after washing and then wore her spectacles,after that she put a fake smile on her face and returned back to her cabin ,there HRH was drinking the water waiting for Han Shin Lee from past fifteen minutes,when han shin lee returned HRH got a call and her facial expression changed she panicked.

Han shin lee, we would have to leave right now for Seoul, his condition is critical,his brain responded for the first time,a nurse noticed him getting goosebumps,they both boarded the flight .They landed in Seoul at 3 pm,a Mercedes-Benz was already waiting for them there to drop them at the hospital .
