The two guys arrived at the arcade after a while and y/n decided to start with a team game, which consisted of aiming a laser gun at the other player's chest target, something simple and fun to play for start.
Y/n:"Apparently we are in different teams"
she chuckled taking her laser weapon amused
Loki: "Are you sure these aren't games for children y/n? Well, it seems a bit ridiculous ..." Loki said looking around
Y/n:"there are only boys and girls of our age or a little younger let's go, have fun and I'll win for sure!" 
She winked amused as she entered the arena, in the end it was just what they needed to relax and forget their problems.
Loki: "I doubt it !!" 
Loki replied, giggling and following her. Y/n took out a lot of enemies, but until that moment she hadn't caught Loki yet and she wondered where he was and if they had already eliminated him, but it seemed impossible since he was very good too. But when she heard some noises behind her, thinking it was one of the kids of the opposing team, she suddenly turned and pointed the laser at the enemy, but she pointed downwards, convinced that it was one smaller than her from the steps, in the end they were not left so much players. But she was wrong, it was Loki and she was aiming the laser at the crotch of his pants
Loki: "Ohh I understand .. so that would be your goal?" 
Loki asked looking at where the girl was pointing
Y/n:"You idiot! I thought you were a kid"
she said, blushing slightly, but then she too laughed, rising from her crouched position Loki:"Are you sure?" 
He asked, smiling mischievously and observing her, in the end he was enjoying himself like this Y/n:"You know you should be my enemy right?" 
She chuckled, pointing the gun at his chest this time, but Loki was quick enough to do the same
Loki: "I know very well sweetheart, so why don't you lower your weapon and let yourself be caught? We both know that I'll win"
he smiled mockingly, in the end he too was having so much fun
Y/n:"Mh no I don't think I'll do it ... instead why don't you lower your weapon?" 
She asked amused.
Loki: "Oh I would also be tempted, you know? But I won't let you win so easily"
he countered.  But as the two of them decided who would be the winner, two guys walked up to them and hit them, both Loki and y/n.
Y/n: "Ohh come on I don't believe it !!" 
She said bursting out laughing, that was unexpected
Loki: "It's your fault sweetheart, if you hadn't distracted me I'd be on my winning throne now"
he chuckled as he left the room
Y/n:"But I really think I would have kicked your ass"
she giggled really amused.  Neither of them cared much about losing, because in the end they both had a lot of fun and that was already a great victory after all the sadness of a few hours before. Y/n and Loki stayed the whole afternoon in the arcade, really doing everything, including laughter and endless jokes, perhaps their first quiet afternoon in a long time. Later in the evening they left the facility, heading home, but not before stopping to get a smoothie at a bar to finish with the that well.
Loki: "Admit it I'm better than you"
he giggled sipping his drink and putting his arm around the girl's waist almost automatically
Y/n:"don't even think about it !! I'm much better"
she giggled, turning to look at him really relaxed at that moment. She had to say that she had found herself so well that day with the boy and knew how to make her laugh and entertain her at every opportunity with his jokes.
Loki:"I totally disagree with you honey you know?" 
He chuckled as he went home, both of them placing the finished drink on the table
Y/n:"Well and now movie, in the end I promised you, too late for the cinema but I won't give up on a good movie"
she giggled pushing the boy on the sofa to have fun
Loki: "Did you really dare push me?" 
He chuckled pulling her to him, so that she sat between his legs and with her back against his chest
Y/n:"and did you really dare to pull me Loki?"  She answered back, turning on the TV Loki:"Mh yes I think I did,"
he chuckled proudly. 
With y/n he could not think about how bad it was and what he had done in the past, he was really better.  He didn't know exactly why, perhaps because they were really similar or because she was the only one who hadn't pushed him away, without judging him. He still wondered if she hadn't found out the truth about him whether she accepted it anyway or not, but they were all thoughts he was trying to suppress because he didn't want to ruin this new friendship. While watching the movie, they both ended up falling asleep with the television still playing in the background.  For y/n, being hugged was really reassuring and tremendously beautiful and the same was for Loki, who loved hugging her while they slept. Only that those quiet dreams were interrupted too soon for the two guys' liking.  In fact, around four in the morning Steve Rogers tried to contact y/n by calling her on the phone for a very important mission, for which her special powers were needed. Y/n muttered something truly incomprehensible, being awakened by the annoying sound of the phone, as did Loki.
Loki: "What the heck is that ?? Has anyone broken into the house ??" 
Loki asked confused, still really tired, hugging the girl protectively
Y/n:"Mh? ... what .. no Loki, my phone is ringing and I should actually answer"
she smiled slightly amused, but she too was still so sleepy
Loki: "Mhmm !! What time is it?" 
He asked leaving the girl and stretching slightly.  So the girl picked up the phone while shutting off the television which was still on
Y/n:"It's four in the morning ... why the heck is Steve calling me now?" 
She said yawning before answering the phone Loki:"Steve Rogers? The little soldier out of his time?" 
He asked frowning, how much that boy bothered him.  The young sorceress nodded to Loki before concentrating on the phone call, attacking after a few minutes.
Y/n:"I have to go ..."
she said walking to her room to get her equipment
Loki: "How! Why do you have to go and where?" 
He asked confused, getting up from the sofa and really frowning after her.
Y/n:"I have to go on a mission, they need me to... well my skills,"
she explained putting on her mission clothing and attaching daggers and a gun with some reloads to the lining around her waist.
Loki: "Can I come with you? I don't want to stay alone to sleep ..."
he said looking at her like a puppy.
Y/n:"I don't know if it's a good idea Loki ... I remind you that nobody here trusts you but me"
she said looking down, she didn't like that situation at all.
Loki: "I understand okay ... but yeah well .. be careful ok?" 
He made sure, then followed her to the exit door.
Y/n:"As always, we'll meet again on my return" she smiled hugging him to greet him
Loki:"I'll wait for you here"
he said doubtfully, returning that hug, he had a strange feeling and he was not convinced by the idea that she was going on a mission with that blondie, but he told himself that maybe he was too paranoid and that the girl knew she was doing. Loki went back to the living room, but by now he could no longer fall asleep because he was thinking too much and was so worried about his friend, in short, he knew she had the powers but she was still human and did not have the same resistance as him. Loki:"Heck! I should have insisted on going with her !!" 
He said to himself, running his hands through his hair, he kept thinking too much and above all about the worst scenarios, he couldn't take it anymore!
Loki: "Enough Loki! Y/n is really good and intelligent, she will be fine!" 
He said with conviction, getting up to get himself a drink to clear his head.  He knew it was really early to drink, but he didn't care much, Earth's drink were like water to him. So as he thought about her friend and what she was doing right now, he grabbed a bottle of wine and started drinking, wandering around the house a bit to poke around, in the end he hadn't seen much of her house.
Loki: "Let's see what you are hiding my little friend ..."
he told himself not to think, continuing to drink and rummage around. He had to say that he found a bit of everything in the house, but nothing he hadn't expected until now. After a while he entered the girl's room and began to investigate a bit there too, really curious.  First he paused to look at her desk, he really had a mess there, between small Earth tech gadgets, various stationery items and even a bright red lace bra.
Loki: "Mh here's what she's hiding under her shirt ... hot girl"
he said laughing to himself and continuing to drink, he had to say that he was really enjoying rummaging in the girl's room, at least to pass the time while she returned. Later he opened her wardrobe of clothes and at least that was really in order, even by color.  He paused again on a truly provocative lingerie set and even here he could not smile as amused as ever, yet that girl seemed a calm one.
Loki: "Let's see what you hide in those little drawers ..."
he said referring to the bedside table, sitting on the bed next to it, and then opening it.
Loki: "Ohhh little provocateur that you are nothing else, the girl really knows how to have fun ... and who expected it"
he said amused by what he had found.  There were various boxes of protections and some empty and open bags, plus there were also some sex toys to have fun alone or with the partner, but Loki preferred not to put his hand. Loki: "Look at you here, what a discovery ... and I thought she was a really innocent one, I will throw it back for sure as soon as she comes back"
he laughed, really amused, closing the bedside table and getting more comfortable on the bed to think. He had completely wrong opinion about her friend, she was a real pest and was all innocent, but how much he would haunt her now, he would certainly have fun. Once he was done wandering around the house he decided to go back to sit on the sofa to drink, while he waited impatiently for her friend.  He really couldn't wait for her to come back to have someone to talk to and above all to joke with to ease his thoughts, he already missed her and had only been away for a few hours. Of course, he continued to have his catastrophic thoughts, but he tried not to give them much weight, convincing himself that y/n would soon be back from the front door, safe and sound. Fortunately, in the late afternoon he heard the door open and immediately jumped up and went to see if it was actually his friend y/n and it was her!  He had a few cuts on her body but absolutely nothing serious and that calmed him a lot, because he had been so worried that day and seeing that she was well was all he wanted.
Loki:"y/n you are finally back !!" 
He said really happy, going to meet her to greet her with a hug
Y/n:"Hey Loki, I'm glad you are waiting for me after such a stressful mission"
she said smiling sweetly, immediately returning the hug, feeling much better already.
Loki: "Do you need to relax?" 
He asked already knowing what his next question would be, which he was sure would make her uncomfortable
Y/n:"Yes! I really need to relax and take all this stress off me"
she sighed not knowing that the boy had more than snooped around her house
Loki:"Well from what I've seen you are an expert in relaxing, aren't you?" 
He said pulling away slightly from the embrace to be able to watch her as she smiled mischievously.
Y/n:"What do you mean?" 
She asked quite confused about all that
Loki: "Oh my little pet don't play dumb, you know very well what I'm talking about. So innocent but so mischievous. Ha ha ha ... I didn't expect it from you"
he said with his most mischievous smile, fixing her hair.
Y/n:"I understand ... you went to my room"
she laughed really amused, that did not embarrass her at all, in the end it was normal to feel pleasure.
Loki:"Yes, exactly and I found very interesting things! Your drawer surprised me the most, you know? What a brat you are"
he smiled so much amused, he had never felt so good talking to someone.
Y/n:"Mhm yes ... I should be angry that you rummaged in the drawer without my permission, but I'm too tired and amused by this. And maybe it's not a bad idea to relax like that"
she smiled mockingly thinking of putting him in trouble, but it was  really impossible with Loki. Loki: "Why settle for a toy when you have me honey?" 
He postponed the dig, she knew exactly how to cope with him and that really drove him crazy.
Y/n:"simply because you are my friend and that's it"
she chuckled amused by all that, she didn't believe she was having such a conversation with him.
Loki: "Okay okay! But I bet all those empty protective bags weren't some secret lover you haven't told me about. In short, you can't tell me you've never done it with a friend"
he smiled amused, obviously he didn't want  forcing her to be with him, but he was having too much fun
Y/n:"Who tells you? You have also seen that I am full of surprises, right?" 
She smiled amusedly, giving him a wink
Loki: "Oh what a little rascal you are,"
he smiled as he reached down to give her a kiss on the cheek
Y/n:"Never confirmed otherwise Loki"
giggled looking at him
Loki: "What do you say instead of relaxing with a shower, I treat those wounds and we do something as friends?" 
He asked really softly, he had felt so alone that morning and just wanted to feel appreciated and to talk to someone sincerely.
Y/n:"Of course, this program is much more attractive to me. Wait here and I'll be right back"
she smiled, giving him a kiss on the cheek too before going to the bathroom to take a shower.  In the end her mission had been a great success despite the fatigue and she had thought all the time about how Loki could be and what he was doing, she had been really happy when she had reopened the front door.  By now he cared too much for the boy and for Loki it was the same, he was already very fond of y/n and they both felt good as with no one else, perhaps something more than a simple friendship could have been born, but this would only be said by time  . It took some time before y/n returned to Loki because she really wanted to take it easy that time, she was finally calmer and more relaxed, it didn't happen often. Loki:"Oh there you are baby doll! Come on sit down I'll heal those wounds you have," Loki said kindly, making space for her on the sofa. He had to admit that he had developed a true adoration of the girl.  In the end she was the only one who really understood him, she knew how to give him the right affection he wanted and who didn't judge him and didn't even do it at the first meeting.
Y/n:"Thank you Loki, but you don't need to take care of me so much"
she said really softly sitting next to him, she was a little tired but she absolutely wanted to stay with the boy.
Loki: "Actually I like to take care of people ... just that nobody ever gives me the chance"
he smiled lightly taking her arm gently, then lifting her sleeve
Y/n:"Okay but don't stay on the old wounds please ..."
She said trembling slightly when Loki ran his finger over the old cuts, they were never a good memory
Loki: "darling they are now part of the past, I would never judge you ... I also did ... a lot of bullshit"
he confessed giving her a kiss on every single cut, he understood that terrible feeling and also knew that would surely make her feel  much better Y/n initially tensed slightly at that contact but then let go, Loki knew exactly what to say and do at the right time.
Y/n:"Thank you ..."
she whispered looking at him as he treated her new wounds 'cause the mission 
Loki: "That's it dear , now come here, you look really tired"
he smiled sweetly, putting her shirt sleeve back on and spreading his arms.  He had never had that relationship with anyone, but it really made him feel better and appreciated, only with his mother had felt that way.
Y/n:"You don't know how much"
she smiled slinging into his arms, getting comfortable and both of them almost completely stretched out on the sofa.
Loki: "If I'm not mistaken you went on a mission with the fitness blond, right?"  
He asked curiously, starting to gently stroke her hair
Y/n:"Steve you say? Oh Yes I went with him, he is the best at managing missions and he is fun everytime"
she smiled slightly, enjoying his caresses
Loki: "I don't like that guy very much, you should stay away from him"
he said a bit jealous, he saw the admiration in the girl's eyes and he really didn't understand her
Y/n:"Oh come on, won't you be jealous Loki?"  She asked amused raising an eyebrow and looking at him
Loki: "Jealous? Me? You're completely out of the way honey, I just don't like that one"
he said rolling his eyes, he would never admit to being terribly jealous of Steve
Y/n:"Oh yes yes you are really jealous then" she chuckled amused, pulling herself up slightly to be able to look him straight in the eye
Loki: "I'm not jealous of anyone!" 
He reiterated looking at her carefully.  But the truth was that he couldn't be more jealous than that, in short, she was his special friend, couldn't he find someone so formidable, or was there another motivation underneath?
Y/n:"What if I told you I like Steve?"  She smiled slyly, she really wanted to test him because she found his adorable jealousy
Loki: "Oh come on you can't be serious !!" 
He said seriously, putting his hands on her hips and squeezing slightly possessive, but without hurting her and bringing her closer to him.
Y/n:"You can't know if I am serious Loki"
she smiled staying close to him and looking him straight in the eye, so magnetic and attractive
Loki: "So enigmatic and apparently innocent ... you will drive me crazy"
he whispered before putting his hand through her hair to be able to bring her closer and closer until kissing her, initially with so much sweetness. Y/n didn't turn away from him as Loki feared, but instead began to kiss him back, making it more and more passionate and hungry.  They both needed that sweetness but just as much passion, affection and love but at the same time wanting each other. Once they broke apart there was no embarrassment, but far from it.  There was only serenity and joy in the eyes of both guys, they had been dreaming of such a thing for a long time and by now they had also forgotten about how much they found it impossible for them.
Loki:"Do you still want to tell me you like the little soldier?"  He asked ironically leaning his forehead against the girl's, stroking her hair affectionately
Y/n:"In your opinion?" 
She answered really amused and sweetened by all that.  She immediately knew that between her and Loki there would be a different relationship, initially she thought of friendship but that was even better.
Loki: "In my opinion you are really a provocateur and you don't like that blonde, but you only said it to see me jealous"
he giggled continuing to caress her, in the end it was all instinctive what he had done, he felt ready and so attracted to her  and could no longer resist and had wanted to completely cancel the distance.
Y/n:"Mh you caught me ..."
she chuckled stroking his cheek, approaching him again to kiss him, but was stopped first by the ringing of the bell
Loki:"I don't believe it! I want my kiss first!" 
He chuckled holding her close and looking at her as if he were truly bewitched by her and her beauty.
Y/n:"I'll only give it to you if you're good and let me go and answer"
she giggled, giving him a kiss on the nose Loki:"Okay okay, but just this time"
he smiled amusedly releasing her from his grip, watching her as she stood up.
Y/n:"You have been really good, you deserve the kiss"
she said ironically, bending to his height and giving him another sweet kiss with a little passion
Y/n:"But now I really have to answer darling" she giggled stroking his cheek before going to the door
Loki: "Go on doll, I'll wait for you here"
he said with a slight mischievous tone She shakes her head, giggling and went to open the door, but she didn't know what awaited them once it was opened.
?: "Hi! I'm from the New York Foundation for the Homeless, do you want to buy some odd jobs made by them to allow them a hot meal?"  Said a boy in uniform, he must have been about sixteen and no more.
Y/n:"Oh sure! Wait, I'll get my wallet!" 
She said softly, she always liked doing good and found it really sweet that it was a little boy who took care of it
Boy:"I don't think you will need it,"
the young man said, completely changing his expression and turning from sweet to completely cold.  He then pulled out a gun from his duffel bag and didn't wait a second longer before shooting the girl in the stomach, revealing that she was part of the association that y/n and Steve had beaten a few hours earlier, but evidently hadn't arrested everyone. Loki:"Y/N !!" 
Loki screamed desperately getting up immediately and running towards the girl, immediately taking her in his arms before she fell to the ground, he couldn't lose her!  Not now and not like this!  The boy loaded the gun again and also pointed it at Loki, with the aim of killing him too. But Loki could not allow that stupid boy to weaken him by hitting him, he had to use every bit of his energy to save the girl or he would never forgive himself. So quickly to push him away he threw one of his daggers at him, hitting him in the shoulder of the arm in which he held the gun. Loki from that moment paid no attention to the boy, who in agony ran away immediately and terrified. So the magician immediately took y/n in his arms and ran to lay her on the sofa to try to cure her as best she could, she would not survive to the hospital and he had to act and now!
Loki:"No please y/n, stay with me okay ?! You can't leave me right now that we are together! What do I do without you,"
he said in a panic, starting to spell her to extract the bullet. By now the girl had lost consciousness and was no longer aware of what was happening around her, it was only in Loki's hands.
Loki: "I promise you I will save you! Let even my last bit of energy go!"
He said resolutely trying to do his best to save her, but in the meantime he kept her vital signs under control and luckily they weren't dropping and remained normal, he just needed to heal that wound and then she would wake up.
Y/n:"Loki ..."
she whispered waking up as the boy finished treating her. Luckily y/n had been careful enough to soften the blow a bit with her spell, otherwise she would have surely died at that point. She had seen something strange about that boy and immediately put herself on the alert to avoid being completely taken aback. Loki: "darling don't force yourself! I'll take care of it ok? I'm finishing taking care of you, after this you will be fine"
he said really softly, in y/n he had found a friend, a confidant, the person to love and who loves him. 
Y/n:"Damn it hurts!"
She said gritting her teeth and taking the hand of Loki, she was happy to have at least partially dodged the blow but now she knew that would bring a lot of problems if the enemy knew where she lived, he didn't want to endanger Loki too because of her
Loki: "Quiet sweetness you soon not feeling anything I promise you"
he said stroking her hand and continuing his healing magic, giving her a really sweet kiss on the forehead to calm her. He was really scared to death as soon as he saw the girl collapse in his arms.
Loki: "there you have it darling now I should have finished, how are you?"
He said really softly, sitting on the couch and gently picking up the girl to be able to cuddle her, he was so happy she was safe and sound and wanted to make sure he could protect her with his own body if necessary.
Y/n:"Now it's better thanks, you saved me ... I didn't want ... to leave right now that I have a new start with you and above all I absolutely don't want to leave you alone"
she said approaching him and gently putting her hand on his cheek to caress him and  slowly kissing him affectionately.
Loki: "I would have had nothing to fight for without you ... you gave me the hope of believing that I too can be better and be loved ... but without you all this would collapse and I wouldn't be able to ... "
he said holding her in his arms trying to hold back the tears, he was really afraid of losing her.
Y/n:"I will never ever leave you Loki understand? Then you still owe me one more night of relaxation, you and me? By now I had put the thought into it"
she giggled giving him a kiss on the cheek to cheer him up, she absolutely didn't want him to become sad or that he was down for her, she just wanted the best for her boyfriend.
Loki: "Mhm ... yes you're right you just can't leave me, I owe you many, many nights like that ... it would be rude of you"
he chuckled much more calmly, but continuing to hold her to himself really protective. That girl was very special to him, even now he had managed to make him feel better with a simple sentence, he could make him laugh when he least wanted and above all he loved her so much.
Y/n:"See? Precisely for this reason I can't leave you my darling, I just can't miss all these events" 
she winked at him returning to kiss him lovingly, one thing was certain, she would never abandon him, even under torture.
Loki: "What a little pest you are"
he chuckled shaking his head and stroking her hips, he couldn't wish for a better partner to share the rest of his life with.
Y/n:"So I say that you were so good at saving me that you deserve a nice surprise"
she winked seductively starting to give him a few kisses on the neck.
Loki: "Oh yes I really deserve a nice surprise darling"
he giggled so taken by her looking for her lips to be able to kiss her passionately and making her lie under him on the sofa. Y/n didn't add any more words, she was too busy with the boy right now and she didn't want anything else but him. Slowly Loki took off her shirt and she did the same, stroking his back and tying her legs around his waist. But just as things were about to get a little more serious they heard the front door open, showing Tony and Thor who were all too shocked by what they saw.
Y/n:"Damn !! Why didn't you knock !?"
Y/n said immediately taking Loki off and searching desperately for her shirt
Loki: "I always said that you come at the least opportune moments"
Loki told his brother, really annoyed that he had to stop, taking back his shirt too, also because he didn't want to let his brother know about his love life
Tony: "What's going on here? Come on Y/n really? Him!?"
Tony said shocked, putting his hand on his face, was his daughter going to go with Loki ?! Y/n:"Dad is not the time! What are you doing here ?!"
She said really embarrassed by all that, she couldn't believe that her father had entered without even knocking
Thor: "So brother what is this news?"
Thor said instead smiling happily as usual
Loki: "shut up Thor ..."
he said rolling his eyes, getting up from the sofa with the girl, getting himself settled
Tony: "No no now I want to know little Stark" said Tony, then pointing out to the boy that he still had his pants zipper open
Y/n:"Zip up your jeans Loki ..."
y/n whispered then even more embarrassed, she wanted to talk calmly to her father about her new and fantastic relationship, not like this Loki: "For all the Gods ..."
he sighed even more unnerved by that, immediately zipping up his pants, he couldn't believe it
Y/n:"See dad ... we got on really well together and we understand each other, we help each other ... we are made for each other ... I'm really happy with this relationship"
she tried to explain as best she could
Thor:"But this is fantastic news !!"
Thor said enthusiastically that finally even his brother had found the right person for him, he could only be happy if he was okay
Tony: "Come closer"
said Tony looking Loki straight in the eye, who with a decisive step approached the man, a little afraid of his judgment because he didn't want him to distance y/n from him.
Tony:"What is this? Is it a spite?"
Tony asked looking at him seriously and carefully
Loki: "Absolutely not. I really care about her, even if it seems hard to believe I have feelings too and I have very strong feelings for her and the last thing I want is for her to feel bad. I won't get in between y/n and her family because I think you also know that it would only make her suffer so I hope this relationship is not a problem. I will always protect her at the cost of my own life and I think it is the same for you "
Loki said looking at him without ever breaking down a millimetre, Loki wanted him to understand that he had no bad intentions at all with his daughter.
Tony: "Well these were the words I wanted to hear, if you make her suffer I will come to look for you wherever you are, but for now I am happy for you"
said Tony seeing the sincerity in the boy's eyes for the first time perhaps.
Y/n: "Oh this is great !!"
She said hugging him immediately and Loki immediately hugged her back and kissed her, he was happy to be accepted by her family too Loki: "Now there will be no one who can separate us ..."
he whispered softly. That new look of life made them both infinitely happy and with a better view of the world, they both complemented each other and their adventures were just beginning, much still awaited them but they would face it all together.
