~The next day~
[All ten of the guys sleep in late, both physically and mentally exhausted from their excursion the day before.]
[It is noon before anyone inside the bunker stirs and heads to the kitchen area.]
Lunus: *muttering* Where...do they stash the coffee in this place?
[He digs through several cupboards before finding the grounds.]
Lunus: *relieved sigh* There you are.
[Within a couple minutes, the space is filled with the aroma of coffee, and before long, members of the group slowly start filing in.]
Lunus: *lifts mug* Morning Benji.
Benji: *yawns and waves*
Lunus: *raises a brow* Kings, you look like hell, go take a shower or something.
Kingsfire: *mumbles with half-closed eyes* Whherre's th tee?
Lunus: Just drink the coffee, it tastes so much better.
Kingsfire: *makes a face* Yyyucky.
Vyntage: Kingsfire, you're going to break something in this state of mind.
[Vyntage grabs Kings by the shoulders and guides him to the table.]
Dark: Just sit down and I'll make some tea.
Kingsfire: Mmmmmmkay.
[As soon as Kingsfire is in a chair, he slouches forward and his head falls face-first into the table. Rather than waking up, he just starts snoring quietly.]
Lunus: *points* Great table manners, this one.
Benji: *chuckles* Why did he even bother getting out of bed?
Vyntage: Good question.
[The room stays relatively quiet, except for Kingsfire's light snoring, as they all choose their caffeine jumpstart for the day.]
[Ten minutes later, the door leading down into the bunker opens, and Gerrie and Tyr come down with trays of various breakfast foods. Kingsfire's head snaps up immediately.]
Kingsfire: I SMELL BACON.
Lunus: *snorts* Of course that's what would wake you up.
Tyr: Sorry we didn't come down sooner.
Gerrie: We thought you guys were gonna sleep all day, until Tyr said he could smell coffee brewing.
Benji: No worries. You're already doing us a huge favor by letting us stay down here.
[The trays are set on the counter, and each of them fill their plates to their hearts desire.]
Tyr: I wish we had more space to offer so that you weren't all crammed into two rooms, but it is what it is.
