After the end-of-term exams ended, all the students were gathered in the UA classroom. Aizawa was going to announce the people who failed. And he was mildly ticked off. Asra was supposed to be there, so where was the girl?
Aizawa left the classroom after announcing that everyone could come to the summer camp. There was still no sign of the girl. But when he reached the faculty, he got his answer. Hiraku was there. And she was sleeping on Midnight's lap.
"has she been here the whole time?" Aizawa asked, placing all his stuff on his table. He could see that Hiraku had already changed out of her hero costume. She was wearing the standard UA uniform. She was also in her original form.
Midnight looked up from a document she was reading and said, "Yes, this young lady has been feeling bad about the result of the exam. Oh! Such a thoughtful thing!"
Aizawa shook his head at Midnight's theatrics. And as Midnight kept describing how she felt, Hiraku began to stir. Not long after, the girl stood up. She rubbed her eyes with a yawn.
Hiraku looked around, trying to register what had happened. She blinked owlishly at Aizawa and said, "Did everyone go home already?"
Aizawa shook his head as an answer. Hiraku smiled and said her goodbyes before teleporting to 1-A's classroom.
When she arrived at the classroom, she immediately looked around the room. And when she spotted her target she walked toward them.
"Hi!" Hiraku greeted the two boys with a grin. Kirishima and Satou greeted her back with a smile as well.
"Ah! Hira-chan! If you're looking for Bakubro he just-
"Oh! I'm not here for Kat. I actually wanna talk to the two of you," Hiraku began with a guilty look. "I just want to apologize about earlier yah know."
The two boys looked at Hiraku confusedly. They didn't understand why the girl was feeling guilty about the exam.
"I don't understand. Why are you apologizing Hira-chan?" Kirishima asked as Satou nodded in agreement beside him. They were both standing in front of the small girl as the classroom began to get quiet. The remaining students were beginning to notice the trio in front of the classroom.
"Well, I just thought that maybe I got a little carried away earlier." Hiraku laughed awkwardly as she stared at her feet. "I mean, I wasn't even supposed to be your opponent yah know? So the both of you were at a huge disadvantage fighting me and I don't mean that I'm better than you or that you're weaker yah know? I just meant that I wasn't really the best opponent for you two and I'm really— Why are you guys smiling?"
Hiraku tilted her head to the side in confusion, as she stared at the two grinning boys.
"Because Hira-chan," Kirishima began as he held Hira's hands. "You don't need to apologize when you gave the two of us one of the best spars of our life. It was honestly very manly of you to not go easy on us. And I mean we're a bit disappointed that we failed, but hey! It's not like it was real. It's just a test, so we can do it again! And the two of us are going to work harder so one day we can defeat you."
Hiraku could not help the tears that brimmed her eyes. She quickly wiped it and nodded with a smile.
"Yeah! Y'all better work hard, so one day I can defeat all of your asses!"
Everyone laughed at the young hero as she proceeded to karate chop the air.
..
After talking to her classmates, Hiraku immediately teleported in front of the UA gates. And just like she predicted, Katsuki was already there waiting for her. As soon as the boy spotted her, he immediately began walking. She smiled and walked beside him as well.
