When you feel that life is really boring and nothing seems to be working your way but life gives you the reason to go on and happiness fills you up just because of a certain person. That person who makes you want to try everything you can and get the best results out of it. The same thing happened to Jungwoo. He was ready to give up his college life but then, he found his reason to strive forward in that same place where he almost gave up. Just seeing that certain someone was enough for his day to be the best day. Everyday feels like it's worth living it.
Jungwoo, a second year student who was almost at his peak to give up met someone who'll change his perspective on life....Jaehyun, a third year senior who always gives his best in everything he do. It's not like they planned to meet. It just happened like that.
"Are you okay?" This seems like a normal question but to someone who's on a breakdown meant the world. It just happened to be with Jungwoo. And that's when he decided to live on his life in the best way. He decided to stay there. It was not love at first sight. It just gradually happened. Jungwoo, not like stalking but he kept observing Jaehyun from afar. And, when he saw Jaehyun in the football field, he knew that that was the moment. He fell for the Jeong Jaehyun. Jungwoo knows that he's unreachable and he doesn't even try to fit in with him.
"Just looking at you from here is enough for me. I feel like you'll break away if I try to get closer to you, so I'll be watching you from here. Give your best on everything, Jeong Jaehyun."
He just wished the best for Jaehyun even though he knows that Jaehyun is good at everything. After that incident which pull Jungwoo up to live his life to fullest, he rarely had any chance to talk with Jaehyun. From time to time he walk pass Jaehyun but the other seems to not notice that. Jungwoo just feels that it's just he's into Jaehyun that everything happening around him seems like Jaehyun is there.Once he walked pass their college's football field, he saw Jaehyun with his peers playing there. He looked really happy. "Yah, Jeong Jaehyun! Pass me the ball." It was their senior Taeyong. To Jungwoo, it looks like Taeyong is more than a senior to him. Even though he knows it, he didn't open his mouth. He doesn't deserve to say anything about their relationship.
"Kim Jungwoo! Let's go. Class will start soon." Jungwoo's friend, Mark called him out of his trance. Actually, Mark was a year younger than Jungwoo but since the older allowed him to call his name, Mark's been calling him Jungwoo ever since. They were really good friends but Mark didn't know that Jungwoo had a crush on Jaehyun and Jungwoo decided to keep it a secret until he's sure that he'll be able to get over Jaehyun without spilling it to anyone.
"Oh yeah, I'm coming. Let's go." He gave one last look to Jaehyun and turned around on his way to his class. It's even more fun to watch him like this. Steal glances without anyone realising anything. I can stare at him from the window when he plays in the field. The slight smile that he makes me wear on my face, I think it's enough for me to keep the day happy and to make me strive forward even more.
Jungwoo entered the class with a smile on his face. His smile didn't go unnotice by Mark. Giving him a slight eyebrow lift, "What are you so happy about?" Jungwoo turned his face to a poker face and sat down besides Mark. Neither did Mark say anything nor Jungwoo did say anything. Both of them wanted to pay attention to the class. In the middle of the class, a group of their senior entered their class and told the teacher that they have an announcement to make. One of them was Taeyong.
He wore a bright smile on his face. He looked like an angel with halo above him. If handsome was a person, it would be him.Maybe he looks better with Jaehyun.
"I'm here to announce that this year our college will be holding a festive season for 10 days." Everyone cheered. All of them needed time to rest and relax. The works and exams were exhausting them both mentally and physically. "Thank you." Taeyong and his group exited the classroom. The class went with the murmuring and just in time, the bell rang announcing the end of class. Mark and Jungwoo came out together chattering about the festival. "Yah, don't you think that it'll be fun? I'mma enjoy it properly. I'm gonna throw the studies away for awhile." Mark looked really happy. As they were walking towards the washroom, they met Yuta on his way, a friend of Taeyong. Both were in the same class and they were both good friends too.
"Oh, Mark? I was looking for you." Yuta said as soon as he saw Mark. His face light up with excitement and hugged the younger.
"Hyung, it seems that you'll be busy with work soon. While we were in class, they came to announce that festive season is coming."
Both of their eyes were filled with stars. Both of them excitingly talked about it. "Oh, yeah. He's Jungwoo, hyung."
Yuta gave Jungwoo a look and smiled at him. "I might be busy for a while, I guess. But, if you wanna meet me, you can always come to me. I'll be in the hall with others. Well then, I'm going."
Yuta walked away after talking with Mark for sometime. "Jungwoo, that hyung is really nice. Even though he looks blunt, he's very caring and he took care of me when I first transferred here."
Jungwoo just smiled and looked at the hallway. He saw Jaehyun with Taeyong again.Maybe I'm right afterall. They must be together. I think they look really good together.
I'm back with another book, I guess. I'm thinking of writing 1000 words for each chapter. 1000 or maybe less but not more than 1000. I hope you guys would also enjoy reading this too.
Happy reading.
