Thank you MariahM121 for this amazing idea

You weren't an easy person to find always moving around from place to place. You never really had a home growing up, being put in foster care at a young age and sent to a hundred and one different homes, you see you was always fascinated by demons and the dark arts which put potential family's off you straight away or return you after a week.

You had grown a thick skin from this and never listened to anyone apart from papa Midnight, he was like an uncle to you, guiding you to learn the dark arts. He always had the same piece of advice for you when ever you happened to bump into each other.

It was late and you was considering moving again, you'd been in the same place for two weeks, longer than you had ever stayed before. The air in the forest turned cold, but not in a good way, you knew something was coming but you didn't know what. Definitely not someone on a social call.

Quickly you snuffed out the candle and prepared yourself with a spell on the tip of your tongue. The door to the wooden cabin opened slowly with a squeak, "(y/n), you here luv?" A British voice called out. Oh bollocks, midnight was going to kill you for sure. "Midnight warned me to stay away from you" you sassed flicking on the light switch.

Yup it was him John Constantine, the one piece of advice midnight told you, stay away from him. He never explained why and he never said how ruggedly handsome he was. Not now stay focused get him out! "You listen to that old bastard?" He asked with a slight chuckle "well I was told if I wanted information your the lass to get it from". Of course he had a job for you.

You sighed knowing he wasn't going to go away without this information "I'm sorry John I can't help you" you smiled sadly, you'd heard all the story's about him and how most of the time he cocked up. "Please luv, I wouldn't be asking if you wasn't the only one who could help" he practically begged walking towards you. Instinctively you moved back, you've been in too many situations like this not to trust anyone.

But look at those chocolate brown eyes you could just get lost in (y/n) focus for god sake! "John I.." before you could say anymore your back hit the wall, you didn't realise how far you had traveled. He smirked placing his hands on the wall either side of your face. "Don't make me beg" he purred against your ear, feeling his hot breath on your neck

Jesus why does he have to be attractive and a smooth talker. Maybe midnight should have warned you what he was cape able of. "I've been told how good you are, and not just at your job" John flirted placing a gentle kiss on your cheek, don't you dare start blushing you thought, I'm not going to give in to his charm.

Oh boy was you stuck between a rock and a hard place, John isn't going to leave you alone till you help him and midnight will go bonkers when he finds out. Not if when, midnight always finds out. "W..what is it you want" you stuttered, mentally scolding your self for showing some weakness "information on a certain Beleth causing havoc" he explained, his face now extremely close to yours. "I know you can get me in and I'm in a tight time frame" he smirked closing the gap between your bodies.

Your breath hitched in your throat and You couldn't help but unconsciously bit your lower lip and he noticed. He noticed that you were getting hot under the collar and starting to crack."I erm I guess I could help but I'm not cheap" you spoke quietly, he took a hand off the wall to brush a stray piece of hair behind your ear. "Name your price, your worth it" he flirted, damn why won't he just leave.

You knew what you had to do as much as you didn't want to do it. "I can get you the info for Friday" you stated, keeping your voice from wavering, "perfect" he smiled, holing out a piece of pepper he fished out of his coat pocket, holding it between two fingers. You took the paper containing the specific information he required. "I'll see you soon darlin'" he purred placing a kiss on your lips, like he was sealing a deal. Your eyes went wide but you didn't try to stop him.

And with that he just walked out, no more fighting or flirting. Just acceptance that he was getting what he wanted. And you didn't state your price, Christ you was distracted. "Oh I am so dead!" you groaned throwing your head back and hitting the solid walk behind you with a thud.
