Oh hail to the king!

For as long as Sebastian's existence, all he's known was that his life wasn't nearly as important as those of the villagers. He should selflessly, undoubtedly pledge his life for his kingdom. He was trained on how to be a great successor one day. He knew from the age of five that his life was laid differently from those of his peers. He was responsible for so many. He has shadowed the king of Lamornt. His own father. King Carson Rubenstein the second.

But today was not just an ordinary day where he does paperwork, goes and meet with the locals or the farmers. It was no day for his little brother Ronaldino, to sneak out of the castle just to busk underneath the sun beyond this fence. As if the sun out there was different from the one within.

Today, today was a special day. A day where Sebastian Rubenstein, meets his future wife. The princess of Neverland. Princess Hazel Calabasas. She were to arrive with her family, and this was their first meet. Yes, an arranged marriage to unite the two clans. Alliances were very important amongst clans. This created peace and the feel of equality. Sebastain understood, and abide by the law set by his forefathers and many more others.

"They are here m'lord," Lazarus announced as he dashed into the castle real quick bowing before the royals.

"Ah...." Carson gushed. "The in-laws have made it to the East," he said, as a wide grin curved on his lips.

People believe kings were ruthless, selfish, and only cared about wealth and power. Pretending to care for his people while they starved out there. But not Carson. He was a man of honor, and placed his people forth. He was ruthless when he needed to be, but also graced his people with mercy when he sees fit. While other kings disapproved, his people adoured him. And there was no dangerous king like the one adoured by his own.

As the gate of the castle sprawl open, horses and carriages riding in, the king and his family looked upon. While Carson and Elizabeth grinned at their guests, Sebastian held a strong stoic face. Ronaldino was more bored, and ready to get this over and done with.

King Erico and Queen Roseline stepped out from one of the carriages, looking as elegant as the full moon. The other carriages opened, revealing six more others. Sebastian's jaw flexed a bit, as he hadn't expected such an audience. To the older prince, it felt more like the other king came with his whole village when it was just seven individuals including his wife.

"Calabasas," Carson greeted, bowing for the other king, as Erico does the same.

"Rubenstein. Finally, our family unites," he said.

"Not yet! The kids haven't tied the knot yet," the king of Lamornt joked.

Erico laughed nodding his head, as the two Queens embrace each other and shared empty compliments.

"Yes of course," the king of Neverland chuckled, nodding his head. "Speaking of the family. I assume this is the prince that will be taking my daughter's hand," he said turning to Sebastian.

The prince smiled bowing before his future father-in-law.

"Sebastian Rubenstein. The first prince of King Carson the second," he said.

Erico chuckled, nodding his head in approval.

"A very nice young fellow," he gushed, turning to the other unsteady prince, frowning a bit at the very clear difference between the two prince. Both in behaviour and physic. "You must be the young prince of Larmont," he said with less enthusiasm this time.

"Ronaldino," the young man quickly introduced himself forgetting the formalities.

Erico frowned looking over at Carson, the other man just blushed profusely.

"Sorry. We spoilt him a little too much," he said, sounding just as embarrassed as he looked.

The other king nodded, but his eyes were disapproving as his lips were pursed. He cleared his throat beckoning his children to come closer.

"This is my elderst son Thomas and his wife Isabella. My daughter and your future daughter-in-law Hazel..."

"Oh...she's beautiful. Don't you think so Seb?" Elizabeth gushed, her grey eyes blinking up at Sebastian who smiled a little.

"She's a beauty indeed mother," he seconded.

The red hair blushed, fixing her gaze to the ground as she sways side to side, and bite her lower lip to tame the smile that was breaking through. Roseline laughed at her daughter's timid self.

"She brought her cousins to keep her company when the prince is busy with his duties. Felicia and Elina," he introduced the two brunnet, before leaning closer and whispering as if it were a secret. "They are twins," he disclosed.

"Ah...explains the resemblance," Elizabeth cooed, nodding her head.

"And the second prince of the Calabasas. Prince Augustus," he introduced his other son. "Unfortunately we couldn't bring the last one, Prince Wyatt. He's held up in boarding school. We didn't want to disrupt the boy from his academic work," he explained.

Carson nodded in understanding. "You have such a beautiful family," he complimented.

"Aw! Thank you King Rubenstein," Erico cooed jokingly, making the elders laugh.

Sebastian felt unease as a set of eyes kept piercing through his face. He finally turned to look at the younger man. Augustus Calabasas. His wavy black hair that reached his cheekbones making him look so much younger, his pale skin that made his red lips stand out, his green eyes with a flick of gold, and his lean muscels.

When their eyes met the prince's lips pulled up into a smirk. Sebastian glared at him, but it made the other boy grin as he looked away from him. Something about Augustus unsettled Sebastian, and already he dreaded spending time with that boy.

"Let's head inside. I'm sure you are exhausted from your long travel," Carson offered.

"As if you can feel my back. I'm now old for these long travels," Erico joked as he cracked his back.

"Stop that honey. You will break the little that is left," Roseline scolded teasingly, making everyone laugh.

Sebastian flinched, when he felt a hand brush against his own. But as he turned, Augustus had also flinched a little further away from him, avoiding eye contact all of the suddenly. He stared at the guy suspiciously, before peeling his eyes away from him. The elders continued with their chatting, as they entered the large castle, before each one was shown to their room. All of them were placed in the west wing.
