The grounds were muddy and slippery. Blood mixed with the rapturous rain. The place smelt just as it looked. Wet grass, mud, and blood scent mingled together under the darkening sky. Agonizing screams, cries, groans, grunt, and a body hitting the ground heavily became as normal as hearing horses ride on a daily bases.

Sebastian jumped out of an attempted attack, but got graze on the stomach, before he attacked, his sword sliding into the other man's gut. Blood gobbled in his mouth, before the brunnet pulled his sword back causing the man to fall with a thud, declaring him dead. Sebastian glanced around at the mayhem.

They were losing, they weren't prepared thus they had a few warriors. At least three kingdoms had come together as a unite to attack them. From the start they had an upper hand. Sebastian feared they were all going to die. His mind went to Augustus, before he could take a look towards the roof, a sword sliced his thigh, making him scream in agony. However, the man before him fell to the ground, revealing the arrow struck to his back. But the brunnet had no time to be proud of his husband, as he heard swords struck harshly near his ear.

"We are at war!" Ronaldino yelled, clearly annoyed, before shifting away.

Sebastian knew his brother was speaking something with sense for once, he hoped he wouldn't lose him too. The fight went on, Sebastian watched bodies fall beside him. People he's grown up with, people he's grown respecting dying before him. And for what? Because he married a man?

His sword slit two throat open the two men dying a nanosecond apart, before he shoved his sword on another man's gut. He glanced at the three new corpes, before diving into another mist of a fighting crowd. It was horrendous, as the brunnet spat the water that was sliding from his face into his mouth. The rain wasn't doing justice for them.

"There are way too many!" Avery shouted beside him, as she blocks her opponet's hits. And Sebastian hadn't seen the girl approaching.

He looked around and knew she was right. As if their forefathers has heard their cries, they saw more men riding in with their horses, slaying the heads of those threatning the Larmont kingdom.

"Oh look at that m'lord. We have allies afterall," Avery shouted, before slipping on the ground, and Lola slide her sword on the man who was so close to stabbing the nineteen year old's heart.

The big man started to descend, Avery squealed as she tries to escape the giant of a man. But the man fell on her legs. She screamed, kicking the dead man off her. The last thing she needed was to lose her ability to use her legs.

Augustus aimed and shot his arrows. Men were not seeing him coming, as he shot each body down. Arrows rain like the drops of water released by the clouds.

"Aren't you a sly one?" Augustus froze, knowing he was doomed. He slowly spun around, finding a sword pointed at his abdomen. "What kind of man lies with another man?" he snarred.

Augustus gulped, as the sword lowers to his crotch, pressing a little harder. The prince breath hitched in his throat. He could see the animosity brewing in the other man's eyes.

"Men like you deserve to be beheaded ," he swung his sword with the intent to slice the prince's head off.

Augustus was shocked when he saw the man topple over the roof and fell without a scream echoing. The prince looked up, to find Magdeline holding knives and boomerangs.

"I'm good with these," she lifted her knives. "And these," she lifted the boomerangs.

Augustus smiled, quite amused by the lady who always had a book clutched to her chest. Today however, she was more of warrior than a school teacher.
