Muichiro's eyes looked up at Sara. Once again, he failed to notice her arrival due to her skill at concealing her own presence.

"The moon is quite round today." The girl stated nonchalantly.

When her emerald green eyes met with Muichiro's soft teal orbs, the young boy couldn't help but widen his eyes a little in amazement.

Sara's jet black hair turned a shimmering silver under the moonlight. The hilt of her katana shone and her emerald eyes looked tired from all the training she did, yet they were still full of kindness.

Muichiro never paid any attention to Sara's looks, but this time, seeing her in the moonlit night made him realise. This girl was indeed beautiful. She had let her hair down after training all day and her long locks rested elegantly on her shoulders.

Under the moonlight... she's... beautiful.

"Muichiro-kun?" Sara's quiet voice interrupted him in his thoughts.

Realising that she must have been speaking to him this whole time, he mentally slapped himself for his rudeness.

"Sorry... I was thinking about something." He mumbled guiltily. "What did... you say?"

Sara gave him a close eyed smile and simply replied. "It's fine, it was nothing important."

The two sat in silence for a few seconds, both looking up at the stars, until Muichiro noticed something.

"What's that in your hair..?" He pointed to the butterfly clip in her hair, which she didn't usually wear.

"This? Shinobu gave this to me when she let me live with them at the Butterfly Estate." Sara's hand reached up to touch the butterfly clip. "I don't usually wear it, but Kanroji-san saw it and told me to wear it."

"Why?" And who's Kanroji?

Sara gave a quiet laugh, though it was so soft that Muichiro couldn't tell whether she actually laughed or not.

"Because she said I would look cute with it, of course."

You do. Muichiro thought to himself. Then, realising what he just thought, he mentally slapped himself again. What am I thinking?

"I gotta go now, Muichiro-kun." Sara said out of the blue, standing up and brushing some dust off her haori. "Kanao-chan and the others are waiting for me."

Kanao? Who's that?

The next day, Kanao was sent on an emergency mission to investigate a sudden demon appearance, so Sara was the only one who would train with Tomioka Giyū, the Water Pillar.

From watching Shinobu's interactions with the blank-faced Demon Slayer, Sara could tell that Giyū was not a person who liked to talk. She didn't have much of a problem with it though, since she was probably the same.

Although, anyone could tell that she was indeed warming up to people as she began to spend more time with her comrades at the headquarters, even if it was just with the girls at the Butterfly Estate.

"Tomioka-san." Sara knocked on the door of the Water Hashira's home.

When there was no response, Sara looked down and noticed a small note on the door.

Sorry Yuhiko, I cannot train you. Go to the next person Shinobu arranged for you. I am not capable of being your trainer.

Giyū was actually completely available to train the young girl. He was in his home when Sara arrived, but he didn't want to train her. It would be a waste of time for both of them.
