Percy gasped as the dagger pierced his heart, he knew in this moment he was going to die.
Annabeth watched in horror as Percy crumpled to the ground, running over she frantically tried to put pressure on his wounds, trying to save him. His hand weakly brushed a strand of hair away from her face, "Don't Annabeth, it's time for me to go."
"Percy no!" Annabeth cried.
Percy chuckled, his life slowly draining away, "I have something for you Annabeth...its in my cabin. there's one for you...and one for my mom." Percy said with great difficulty, his heartbeat slowly fading. "Make sure you read it and follow the instructions. love you...Wisegirl." Percy breathed his last breath and slipped slowly into sweet abyss. "Help!" Annabeth screamed, desperately reaching for her nectar, trying to pour it over his wounds. She knew it would do no good, but she tried none the less.
She sat there for hours, holding his head in her lap and weeping. Several hours later someone came and brought her back to camp. They tried to lead her into her cabin, but she broke away and ran to Percy's cabin. She frantically searched for what he had told her about, her fingers stopped on a slim bundle of envelopes. One had her name written on it in Percy's scribbly handwriting, the other had his moms name written on it. tearing the letter with her name on it open, Annabeth fell to her knees and started reading.

Dear Annabeth,
I know this is hard, but promise me you'll read this and follow my instructions. I'm sorry I couldn't stay alive for you, I knew one day that I would have to leave you, and I also knew you would have a hard time accepting that. That's why I wrote this letter. Just know that I will always be with you in your heart, but don't grieve too long, there are people out there who need a Wisegirl to teach them about the great Percy Jackson and his amazing feats. Just know that I love you. *'Whatever happens, whatever you see, whatever your eyes tell you has become of me this is not, not the end.'*
Never forget me
I love you
Percy.

Annabeth sat there clutching the letter, the ink was staring to run because of all the tears she had shed on it while reading it.
Standing up Annabeth slowly walked to the door, she walked all the way up the the Big House and got into one of the vans. Driving to Sally Jackson's house in Manhattan she parked and made her way up the steps. Sally didn't even ask what was wrong, seeing Annabeth this way was explanation enough. falling to her knees Sally Jackson wept, Annabeth sat down beside her and put an arm around her shaking form. "This is from percy, I think you should read it." Annabeth said, handing the envelope with Sally's name written on it to Sally.
Sally tore it open and started reading.

Dear Mom,
It's going to be okay.
I don't fear death, I only fear that the people I leave behind will lose sight of all the amazing opportunities around them. Promise me you won't become one of those people. I wrote this letter so you would understand, and so you wouldn't waste your life away on grieving for me. I love you.
*'Mother, do not cry for me all of this is exactly how it's supposed to be. Whatever happens, whatever you see, whatever your tell you has become of me. This is not, not the end.'*
It's going to be fine.
Never forget me,
Your son,
Percy

They never once forgot the boy that had made such a difference in their lives and in the world.

Well I poured my heart and soul into this one....i hope it was good.
