Y/n's POV:
  I shut the door behind Natasha impatient to continue where we left off, my attempt to be in control failed when my back met the door harshly forcing out the air from my lungs.

She took this opportunity to kiss me again pushing her tongue in my mouth roaming every corner, my moan was muffled but still audible making Natasha smirk in the kiss.

Her hands wandered around till they settled on my waist where she dug her nails on my clothed skin, her hands move further down and so does her lips placing kisses along my jaw until she started attacking my neck she took her time kissing, nibbling, biting, while I let out sighs of pleasure then I felt her pat my thighs twice telling me to jump and I obeyed her instructions, wrapping my legs around her torso and my hands on her shoulders to steady myself as she continued to lavish my neck down to my collar bone, I threw my head back to give her more access as she walks us to the couch placing me gently towering over me.

"So much for staying the night" she husks looking down at me, she propped up straddling me putting both her hands on the sides of my head to support herself, my hands mindlessly caressing her thighs gripping it tightly but not too tight to hurt the redhead

"Trust me this isn't what I originally planned" her expression changed into a slight frown but majorly confused, she sat up but I'm still laying down and kept her in place on top of me, hands still had a firm grip on her.

"What do you have in mind then?"  She's about to get off of me but I pulled her back down that now she's laying fully on top of me, "This, this is what I have in mind, to hold you close to me, to be able to feel your heartbeat in sync with mine" I whispered while raking my fingers through her hair, we lay in silence with her fingers hitting my chest  to the beat of my heart "what are we doing Y/n?" Tasha looked up at me with a soft expression in her gaze positioning her head on the back of her hand "what do you mean Tasha?" glancing at her green eyes I urged her to elaborate her sentence" I mean this" she motioned to our bodies emphasizing her words "Don't get me wrong, I like this but I need to know where this is headed" sighing she put her head back down on my chest "Plus you just got out of the medbay you might still be high on drugs or something, I know I was the one who kissed you first and I don't regret that just so you know, I don't know, I've never been able to have something like this, well I had Bruce but I guess you already know what happened, it's kinda freaking me out Y/n and I'm anxious that if I allow myself to dive deeper into this I'd drown and there will be no way for me to pull myself out" I simply listened to her occasionally kissing the top of her head to let her know I'm still with her "say something, please?" Looking up at me again with pleading eyes "would you like to go out on a date with me Tasha?" I blurted out making her eyes go wide and gleam with delight her lips tugging into a smile.

"What?" Planting a soft peck on her lips "I said would you-" I replied but was quickly cut off by Natasha pulling me into a long kiss "I heard you, I just want to make sure you meant it" she stated smiling broadly at me, the type of smile that's infectious so you just can't help but grin as well.

"You are right, this path that we're going is scary, and it's freaking me out as well, I am foreign to all of this so if we're going to do this then we'll do it together in the right way, we have all the time in the world there's no need to rush" I admitted truthfully when I look down at the gorgeous woman laying on top of me she's nearly dozing off "alright I guess it's time for bed, come on Tash let's get you upstairs it's more comfortable there" she followed through without hesitation whatsoever "I like listening to you talk, I missed hearing your voice," she said randomly, adorably yawning as she gets off me.

I lead her to the bedroom and gave her some clothes to change into and a spare toothbrush and other bathroom utility to use, I let her in the bathroom first while I change in the bedroom waiting for her to finish so I could do my routine as well

Natasha walked out of the bathroom moments later "looking good Ms. Romanoff" she's wearing a shirt that's a little too big for her body and a pair of pants with dinosaur prints scattered all over it, "haha, really funny Ms.Y/l/n" she rolled her eyes playfully hitting my arm before giving me a quick kiss this might be new to me but with Natasha here with me, I know everything will be just fine, I pulled away before things escalate "I need to use the bathroom, I'll be right back" she moved away to give me space then walked to the other side of the bed getting comfortable under the covers.

I did what I have to do and joined Natasha in the other room shortly after, when I entered the room, the ambiance seemed to shift, sensing the tension I can not ignore "What's wrong Tash?" I asked, she looked up from glaring at her phone she quickly altered her expression into a tight-lipped smile when she noticed me standing by the edge of the bed "nothing too serious, now come" she makes a grabby hand putting away her phone on the side table, I went under the covers and cuddled on her side "you sure? You know you can tell me anything right"

"Mhmm I'm sure" she kissed my forehead shifting a bit so we're both laying down on the mattress

I imitated what she did earlier on the couch tapping my fingers on her chest to the beat of her heart and she's humming to a song I can't recall while running her hands up and down my arm.

"I'd like it more if you sing instead"

"Really?"

"Mhmm" I nodded excitedly against her chest.

"Thank you sunshine" she whispered back "good night" she added kissing my forehead again, I kissed her collarbone since it's the only place I can reach and I'm too tired to respond.
