Thomas Imagine 〖 Exit 〗

Since his first day, you have hated Thomas. He has brought only chaos and ruin to the glade, but now he has truly found an exit from the maze. Yet you are still on Gally's side, your best friend. He has always been able to convince you that the way out of the maze is not the real one. That there isn't one.

"Come on, y/n. You can't stay here forever. Come with us. I'll protect you, I promise. But don't stay here."

Thomas looks at you pleadingly. Even Winston and Jeff have gone to his side. Why would they do that if Thomas is lying?

You lower your shoulders and take a step toward Thomas.

"No, y/n. Stop!" Gally's voice reaches your ear. Whimpering, desperate. Briefly, you stop and turn to your best friend.

"Please, y/n, please. You have to stay here, he's lying to you. We only need each other. Don't go. Please." Tears run down his cheeks and you too are visibly having a hard time leaving Gally here. You know full well he'll never go with you. Thomas's eyes widen as you walk back to Gally and hold him tightly in your arms.

"I'm sorry, Gally."

With a heavy heart, you turn back to Thomas and don't give Gally another glance. You feel terrible, but you know it's the right thing to do. With tears in your eyes, you leave the glade behind. Thomas takes your hand and walks with you and the others through the stone way.

"It was the right thing to do," he says, at least as sad as you feel.
