Y/n pov

I was exhausted too much not because of my adventures but questions. Everybody kept asking about my wound. Which I got from the shadow like human.

I entered my room and was about to Plop on my bed but Stephanie stopped and started talking about today's party. I was in my daze but what caught my attention was that she stood up and went near closet and brought a box with her.

"What's this?" I titled my head lettings my long hairs fall a little from behind my ear. She squealed and said " Lately you have been too busy and gloomy. I knew you would have forgot about today's party and you are so beautiful. I can't let this pretty face wear a normal dress. So I made this for you! " She continued and I couldn't help but chuckle.

She is just like my past life maid. They both know how to cheer me up. I chuckled and jumped on Stephanie she was surprised by this so I took the opportunity and started to tickle her.

She started to laugh loudly and told to stopped but I just laughed and continued tickling her. After a minute I let her breath "What was that for?" , "Just couldn't help myself. I wanted to tease you abit~" I said slightly panting. "Thank you for the box tho." She gave me a goofy smile and thumb up.

Arthur pov

The party started. The sound of students taking and giggling was heard. The music was a soft melody which were played by other student. Few were making group and showing off there skills while few were alone and eating peacefully.

I waited for y/n to come. Someone came behind me and wrapped their hands on my waist. I turned and saw they belonged to Tess.

I thought about what Nate said. I gave her a small smile. She smiled and said "Art let's dance!" I looked at her but averted my gaze quickly. She took my hand and we started to dance.

It would be embarrassing if I were to leave now. I kept my hand firmly on her waist and gently took her other hand. She started humming a soft song. Soon others student join with their partners. While I tried to find Y/n.

Tessia pov

What does brother is saying? Arthur will love me. I just need to spend more time with him. I wore my gown which my mother gave me. I looked in mirror and said "Arthur will choose Y/n over me?" That was the question popped in my mind. Of course not right? I am talented mage, popular, Princess and not want to brag but I am beautiful too. I just need to spend more time with him.

I entered the hall. Everyone looked at me with heart in the eyes. While my eyes travelled and landed on a certain boy. I went from behind and hugged him. He turned and gave me a small smile.

I smiled back and said "Art Let's dance!" He avoided my gaze and looked away trying to find someone? No wait he is just shy to dance with a me. I took his hands and pulled him to dance. He kept his hand on my waist and gripped my other hand.

I hummed a song my mother thought me. I looked up to see Art but he was looking for someone. Even when I am in front of him. Close to him. Why does he wants her?
