Nate looked at me and I knew he isn't doing to leave me alone. He somehow managed to force me in dancing. He kept his hand on my waist and guided me. Everyone started to dance. A small circle was made with 4 pairs dancing.

First me and Nate.
Second Clive and Lilia.
Third Curtis and Kathyln and
lastly Art and Tess.

For a brief moment when our eyes connected it felt like he want to just yank me off Nate. But then I wasn't able to make anything. It felt like there were just us. Time has stopped while we look into each other eyes.

The music changed a little. Nate told me now the pairs change. I was confused with what that even mean.

Arthur pov

The music changed and everyone changed their partners. Tess was with Clive. Lilia was with Curtis. Kathyln was with Nate. That means.... "Hey its okay if you don't want to dance with me." She said and pointed her fingers at me.

"You do know that I don't bite right?" I asked a little annoyed since we finally got chance to be together and she is like this. "I don't mind even if you bite." I heard her mumbled a little. I smile and took her finger which she was pointing at me and bite her finger. (A/n: I am sorry for this idk what happened to me.)

"What the?!" She said while blushing. And was about slap me. But I took her hand and interval my fingers with her. And then I positioned my other hand on her waist as I pulled her to dance with me.

I noticed she still don't know how to dance. I remember her falling off a cliff one time while dancing with someone. Even now she kept stepping on my feet. "Shit shit shit. What the hell is going on? How did I end up like this. I can't even focus on anything the music plus my heart beats. I might go crazy. I was dancing fine with Nate. So why I am continuesly stepping on him. Calm yourself Y/n. Distract yourself." I heard her in my mind. And looked how she was going to distract herself.

She was glaring at my shirts button. I chuckled a little at this. She looked up and I skipped my heart beat. It's been a while that she looked at me and only me. Her green eyes were welcoming. We were lost in our own world.

I snapped back when someone was about to spill the juice on her dress I pulled her close to me. She bumped her head in my chest. "He is still warm. I missed this. He really is my home. Tessia is lucky." She again said in her mind. I smiled and continued dancing thinking everything is going to be sort out today.

"Y/n Gideon is here for you." This voice. Y/n was already glaring at him. I turned and saw lucas who was already looking at me. Y/n quickly left and lucas gave me a smug look And left.
