After the fight~

"Ace do you feel something?" I asked when I felt this weird mana around. I wasn't able to pinpoint it.

He shaked his head and with his paw wiped the blood from his whiskers. He was busy eating.

"Fatass."I shouted at him with a frown. He threw a bone in my direction and I slashed it in half.

"We should check. If other adventure came and it were to be be something dangerous it would be a different hassle." I explained. He glared at me at first because he knew I am more interested if this is legendary beast. Other adventures are just an excuse. He sighed seeing that I won't take a no for an answer and again transformed back into smaller tiger and hoped on my head.

The cavern was pretty normal but there was something about it that was making my stomach flip. I looked around and felt a presence. I used Ace help to try pinpoint it's location.

I used my cloud affinity and sound deviant to created a mist which allows me to check movements and and sound at the same time.

Suddenly I felt someone behind me I somehow managed to dodge it. A cut was made on my shoulder. I turned and saw a beast. A literal beast.

His fur was pitch black, his wing were uneven. His face was covered with a skull. Eyes glowing orange. Drool falling from his mouth. His body was like skeleton. Hell his skeleton was showing!! how is he even able to move. His mana core is weird too.

Ace landed next to me and said "He is dangerous. No matter what I am gonna help in this. Try to stay alive. Y/n." Ace only says my name when he is serious. I looked at the beast and nodded. It good that I decided to check this cave.

The black beast growled and jumped on me. With my dagger in my left hand I clashed it with his claws. Which were as sharp as sword. Ace jumped and he punched the beast. The beast howled loudly I wasn't ready for this. Me ears began ring. Because of the sound wave my brain was shaken too.

So when he jumped on me I wasn't able to see clearly. Ace side kicked him and with his body he supported me to stand. I regained my balance and thanked Ace.
