(so I just realized I forgot about the dance so I'm doing it now, but everything that has happened will stay the same)
No POV
The shot opens up with a helicopter landing and 6 people get out General Sparky and 5 soldiers.
Ozpin: "General it's good to see you."
Sparky: It's good to see you too Ozpin."
Ozpin: "Follow me."
Ozpin leads Sparky to the dance, when they open the door people look and start talking to each other, then a blur zooms up to the General.
Ruby: "Hi! Did you bring any cool weapons?"
The general laughs
Sparky: "Just my side-arm."

Sparky: "Well, why don't you look?"
One guard goes up to her and shows their long gun then side arm.

Ruby: "So cool."
Sparky: "Yea they are, but they are only used by guards for when I visit somewhere."
Timeskip
Sparky looks to the CCT tower and sees a shadow running to it.
Sparky: 'There she is.'
Sparky: "On me."
His guards follow him to the CCT tower. When they get to the elevator door they see Atlas guards knocked out.
Sparky: "Let's go."
They enter the elevator and Sparky takes his side-arm out of his holster. The elevator doors open when they get to the top and the guards point there guns at Cinder.
Sparky: "Cinder get on the ground."
Cinder turns around and shoots an arrow at a guard they open fire hitting Cinder, 2-3 shots fired from the 5 guards and 4 shots from Sparky. She dies before she hits the ground. Then General sparky Speaks into a walkie.
