Chimken: "I want you to invade Vacou. Then Vale."
Sparky: "What, no!"
Chimken: "Are you disobeying my orders?"
Sparky: "...Yes, Yes I am."
With that Sparky leaves and mentally commands all his soldiers to prepare to leave.
Timeskip
All of Sparky's units are either in Vale or outside of it on ships.
Ozpin: "So you're leaving the the Antarctic Empire."
Sparky: "Yes, he wanted me to invade Vale."
Ozpin: "We can find you land to start a new base."
Sparky: "Thank you, but that's not needed, we plan on invading one of the islands the Empire owns."
Ozpin: "Very well then, I wish you luck."
