"You're coming, and that's final, Sweetie. No excuses," Piya, Avni's best friend, declared firmly after almost an hour.

"Only if Siddharth doesn't object," Avni added.

"Yes, Ma'am. Talk to your husband and convince him. Bye, Sweetie," Piya ended the call, insisting on her presence.

Avni sighed, unable to decide. She doesn't want to leave Siddharth, but she also can't miss her friend's wedding.

The night had been long, and she hugged her Teddy waiting for Siddharth to join. He was working in the study room.

Avni started talking to the Teddy bear, pouting disappointedly. "Why are you so peach and yellow?"

"You look cute, though."

"What should I name you, cutie pie?" Avni started thinking hard to find a name.

"Barbie?"

"Pinky?"

"But what if you're a boy?"

"Ben?"

"Taylor?"

"Are you serious, Avni? Taylor to a Teddy?" Siddharth chuckled, walking into the room. He was amused by hearing voices from the bedroom and silently listened to their conversation.

"Eavesdropping is bad, Husband!" Avni chirped with a glint in her eyes, smiling brightly at the sight of Siddharth.

Siddharth took slow steps to the center of the room while Avni stared at him, mesmerized by his perfect style. His hands in his pockets, slightly messy hair and charming smile gave him an attractive boyish look.

"I'm sure my gorgeous lady won't mind," He winked.

Her stomach was in knots hearing him, and she took a few moments to form a reply, "What a sugarcoat!"

"Nah! I'm stating the truth, Baby!" Siddharth spoke in his deep husky voice.

"Suggest some nice name," Avni excitedly spoke, getting up from the bed.

"Baby, I'm a billionaire. People might consider me a little weird if I encourage these ideas," Siddharth laughed.

"Are you suggesting I'm weird?" Avni exclaimed with her mouth forming a perfect 'O'.

"I'm pretty sure it's already established," Siddharth teased, earning a fake glare from her. Avni turned around and took steps towards the bed.

He caught her hand just in time and pulled her close. She came crashing onto his chest, and he hugged her, whispering, "I'm glad you're beautifully weird making my days delightful."

Avni smiled, hugging him back and relaxing, leaning onto him. She doesn't have to worry about falling anymore.

"You smell amazing, Baby," Siddharth whispered, running his fingers through her long silky hair and holding her by her waist.

Avni enthusiastically chirped, "I bathed with Tresseme shampoo today. I sprayed the lavender perfume which you got for me too. It's nice, no?"

"And what soap did you use?" Siddharth smirked. He adores this side of her, filled with a kid's excitement.

"I used Lux International. But I like Dove more. It's so soft and moisturizing," Avni babbled, not taking the hint of playfulness in his dark chocolate brown eyes.
