Magnus

Magnus sang along to one of the songs, his own voice luring him to sleep. More and more people were beginning to doze off, but nobody wanted to break the spell first.

Nothing except nature, the firelight, the starry sky, and the people around us. Maybe it was just his dad's side speaking, but Magnus could easily be happy living here.

Alex

He knew something was going on. Alex wasn't stupid, after all. Why else would Annabeth sit with a group of girls not in their grove, while Percy tried not to fall asleep in his position next to Nico.

And that's not mentioning the hopeful look on Nico's face, too!

The gay was clearly palpable, and Alex was here for it. Gods, this is going to be the new Sophie and Keefe, huh?

"Hey Keefe, how long were you and Sophie obliviously crushing for?"

Keefe blushed, but replied "I liked Sophie pretty much from the day I met her, but it took like four years, one and a half of those were the two of us liking each other 'secretly'."

Gah, I hope this thing doesn't take THAT long.

Relax, Sophie transmitted if this is still a floating thing by next summer, I'm going to physically pick Percy up and hand him to Solangelo.

Alex found it amusing that he didn't even flinch at the mental conversation. Guess it's a lot different when the person in your head is a friend, huh?

Percy

Percy's eyelids were drooping, but he absolutely REFUSED to fall asleep on Nico. No, don't give the smug tall person the SATISFaCTION! Still, Nico seemed to be thinking about something. Judgey death breath-

"If you're tired Percy, you can lean on me. I don't mind at all."

"Really?"

Nico nodded in confirmation. "With all the stuff we've been through, it's no biggie."

Percy leaned up against the cheeky emo, and immediately realized that he was MUCH warmer than his pale skin made him look. Subconsciously snuggling into Nico, Percy froze in a strange panic when the other boy chuckled deeply.

Will interjected, his voice full of something Percy couldn't place, "Bring a jacket next time- even in summer it gets cold at night, Percy."

"Mkay."

Percy just listened as the songs began to wind down for the night, the younger groves getting dismissed one by one as he fell asleep against Nico. He'd deal with this strange feeling towards his friend later.

Keefe

Keefe watched the cute scene between the three gays, his arm around Sophie. They like each other SO much.

Yup. Even a blind person could tell they're in love, Keefe.

This can be our mission for the two weeks of camp left!

Already ahead of you, although this might take more than just that time.

Mmm. I don't see why not. Grady and Edaline are kinda like- the parents of ALL of our friends.

It was finally their turn to leave, and as they wandered towards their site Keefe saw Will and Nico clustered close to Percy, the two of them each with an arm around the smaller boy's waist to guide his sleepy walk. God, they have it BAD.

Sophie

Sophie walked into the shadows, smiling when she saw the two boys walking towards her. "Will, Nico, nice to see you. Do you want to take this conversation telepathic?"

"Sure?" Will questioned, and Sophie immediately transmitted her message.

So, I saw that cute little scene at the campfire~

Nico. You don't need to lie to me. I might be oblivious to my own relationships, I might not be an empath, but I can see the romantic tension between you three.

You watch him a LOT. You smile whenever you see him. Will looked both jealous and smug when Percy was cuddling with you.

I want to cuddle with Percy too.

One, I wouldn't worry about that too much. Two, there can be relationships between three or more people. It's a whole category in the LGBTQ+ army- the poly people.

Too optimistic. Besides, we shouldn't exactly be in a hurry to get rejected.
